This is a comfortable casual craft bar with a tasty menu. Most portions were quite generous and we were able to share everything we ordered. The food was tasty and creative. There were many crafted drinks, including several non-alcoholic. There was a nice selection of beers and wines. We went for a casual dinner and were not disappointed by anything.

A bar with a tasty and interesting menu. They had a nice selection of interesting crafted drinks, a large selection of beers, and a nice list of non-alcoholic drinks. Food was well prepared. There are food items for all. Service was at the perfect pace. For drinks and/or a casual dinner, I would highly recommend The Raven Club.

It is more of a pub vibe than I expected, but that was fine. The drinks were excellent, the food was decent (appetizers great, main entrees good, wedge salad neither wedge nor very tasty). The service was confusingly subpar. It felt like the hostess was annoyed to put her book down and seat us. Our waiter had to be flagged down for each step of the process, never checking in, no proactivity, and seemed to want to get away as fast as possible when he did have to interact with us. As a note, we had uncomplicated orders, few questions, and spoke respectfully, so there was no reason to avoid us. I also had noted it was my husband's birthday, yet we did not get so much as a happy birthday. I would only return for cocktails in the future, if at all.

We were very disappointed in the food and the long wait time at The Raven's Club last night. The only appetizer that tasted good was the pork belly. The chef's cheese board contained desiccated bread that crumbled under the cheese when you ate it and uninspiring cheeses (including a terrible cheddar). The coffee rubbed steak tips were fine, but the vegetables included were awful: the plantains were woody and the other vegetables were extremely dry. Tasted awful. The shrimp tacos were drowning in a mayo slaw so they tasted more like shrimp salad in a tortilla. The service was so slow, it took over an hour to be served our main dishes. Will not return to this restaurant.

Wonderful service, happening Ann Arbor bar restaurant. Good food, served hot, nice portions. Our party liked the experience.

Cocktail didn’t disappoint. Food was mediocre. This place is unchanged from when I visited the first time 13 years ago and it shows its neglect.Vegetarian options: Yes, there are vegetarian options, but let’s be honest, people come here for the craft cocktails…

Some friends took me here for my birthday and I wish it was a better experience. Service was slow to start and then the food was really sub par. This is the second time I’ve been here and both times food was disappointing. The first time I got the poke bowl… which wasn’t poke at all… it was cooked salmon but they don’t state that on the menu… this time I went and got the pad Thai and it was the worst pad Thai I have ever had. The tofu and noodles were slimy and the dish had hardly any flavor. The texture of everything was very bad. The positives were the cocktails so if I ever go back I’ll just be drinking… pretty sad as I really wanted to like this place.

Most of the food tasted okay, but it took quite a while to arrive and my friend's soup still arrived cold. It wasn't like the worst place I've ever been, but I wasn't super impressed either.

I've never met such an unfriendly hostess! unfriendly is a generous term. She could not be bothered to say hello, smile, or greet us. When I prompted her and said hello? She stared back unresponsive like I was bothering her to be seated. That being said the actual waiter was great! The food was very good, the cocktails were meh at best.

The Raven's Club has a fairly small, but diverse menu. Salads were great, the pork chop was moist and HUGE, and the Pad Thai was a good choice for vegetarians. We didn't have dessert, but their desserts are made in-house. Service was a bit slow, and was a bit disappointing. Prices are quite reasonable for Ann Arbor. We'll return.

The food and atmosphere were delicious. We like booths and were seated in one of those round ones at the back. The decor was pretty with colored lights for the holidays. I felt a little cramped in the booth but my husband, who’s taller, was fine. My Mediterranean Pasta was delicious, but unfortunately, most of the artichoke pieces were too tough or sharp. If it wasn’t for that, it would have been a favorite. I ordered it with shrimp, which were perfect. My husband liked his Michigan trout, mashed potatoes and salad. We shared a triple chocolate cheesecake that was worth every calorie. Yum. Their desserts are made there from scratch, I believe.

Very cool atmosphere when we visited for dinner on NYE. We were happy to be able to make reservations online ahead of time. When we showed up a few minutes early, our table was ready with no wait. We had a very helpful server who made drink recommendations and who checked on us regularly throughout our meals. We had the Parmesan truffle fries for an appetizer, the tuna poke bowl and fish tacos for entrees, and the chocolate cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfect in terms of portion size and taste. We loved our experience and will be back.

The setting inside the Raven's Club gives you a taste of exclusivity and we were seated in a semi-circle booth near the back which is great for couples. I felt like a VIP. Yet the menu prices are reasonable and the food prepared with attention to detail which took me by surprise. I usually don't eat Kale, but the chef must have air fried the leaves so they were thin and crisp. The lamps and decor of a club remind me of movie sets depicting hideaway bars in the 1920's. A true Ann Arbor treasure that I'll frequent often now.

Nice place for dinner. Limited menu, but enough variety so everyone could find something. Even had live music on a Sunday evening.
