Randomly wanted a smoothy late at night. This was the only place open. Ordered ahead through app. Very easy to do. Order was correct delivered curbside as soon as I pulled up. What could be better!!

Made an online order for this location. I go to pick up the order and only the smoothie is ready. I asked these two gentlemen behind the counter about my yogurt bowl I ordered. And they tell me it didn’t come through so they ask me about the order and I tell them about three times what it was. The gentlemen preparing the bowl put on gloves and then stuck one of his gloved hands into a pocket to get a vape pen for the other gentleman before going back to prepare my bowl. No sense of urgency since this was a pre-order. The sanitation was terrible and I honestly didnt even want to eat my food after witnessing what I did. Hopefully someone from management sees this and corrects the behaviors and sanitation practices.

STAY AWAY!! I’ve had a few experiences at this location. One time, I walked into the store to pick up my order and an employee was screaming, cussing and throwing furniture around complaining about working there. Then today, I found a long hair in my quesadilla. The service is poor, the management is poor and the food is not up to par with other locations I’ve been too. Save yourself the trip and just go to a different location. It’s pretty clear they don’t care at all.

The smoothie was basically ice and barely fruit in there. I had smoothie from a different location just a day before and it was way much better

I would give no stars if I could. The mango got the star. Not this restaurant. I just got off of the phone with the shift lead at 4:02p on 8/16/23, who is currently working. I ordered two mango smoothies. I ordered them through the Tropical Smoothie App. I am a first time customer to this location. I spoke with the shift leas who told me that she was in charge. I expressed to her my concerns and dissatisfaction for not receiving straws for my order. I told her when one decides to order from an establishment such as this quite naturally you should expect to receive straws, after all it is a smoothie business. Especially if you ordered using delivery like I did. Nothing upsets a customer more than ordering food from a restaurant and not having utensils, napkins, straws or condiments or the requested meal you decided to order. Well, I’m this case I was not left being satisfied as a consumer. After speaking to the shift lead she said what do you want me to do? I responded please send me some straws, appease or appeal to me by giving me a reason to want to shop at or buy from this location again. I suggested, a free smoothie on my next visit no matter the size, give me two flavored straws if you do not have regular straws, something…I was nice enough to not ask for a refund. I said if you valued me as a customer please give me a reason to return with my business for this establishment. She was very rude, inconsiderate, incompetent, nonchalant and horrible at her job. Her attitude was as trash. Why ask what do I want you to do and I tell you and you completely ignore me and act and treat me as if I didn’t matter as a customer who just ordered a delivery of two smoothies but received no straws. I do not feel that my expectations were not feasible. She could have very well took down my name and number apologized and rectified the situation by offering me something. She gave me nothing and asking what do you want me to do should not have been treated like a rhetorical question.If you’re in the position to problem solve do it do not be incompetent with your position. I told her I am not in the business of leaving bad reviews and she said well I don’t have time to be on the phone with you we are getting very busy and have a good day.Moral of this story is… the customer on the phone is just as important as customers that are walking in and the fact that I told her if you consider me a valuable customer then give me a reason to return to this restaurant with my money and business. She treated me as if I said nothing important to her and hastily/unprofessionally told me how I am not worth her time.If I was the owner of this store I would be very upset at how she treats and mishandles customers that she doesn’t deem worthy of her time to solve an issue. It is safe to say so will not be ordering from this location ever again. I will stick with my usual spot.

Was very unhappy with the service and the disregard for customers attention. I ordered one smoothie and was told there was a single order ahead of me. What these awful people didn't tell me was that single order was for an office of 12 people. I got a look at the order slip when I peered over the counter. Wondering what was wrong. That's not a single order ahead of you. That is a lot of orders ahead of you. 12 orders! If they had been honest I would have walked out the door and if I hadn't already paid same goes. First, learn to count how many orders are on a single order slip. 12 smoothies plus 12 meals. That does not equal one order. I haven't been back since and that was probably 2 months ago. I live right around the corner but I'll find somewhere else for my smoothies

The Flatbread was good the smoothie was OK, and the chips sucked. I asked for water with my meal, and I was charged $.75 for tap water, and then they wanted a tip!

Just your average, if not, less than average Tropical Smoothie location. Employees are not friendly and the food is mediocre at best.. would not recommend this location. There are others in downtown Ann Arbor that will suffice.
