Lena was just a doll, she gave me the best service I've EVER HAD. Fast fast fast. The restaurant smelled of patchouli and fresh fruit and warm marshmallows. I was really disappointed by my food and smoothie. I ordered a blueberry bliss with ginger and kale. It tasted like a watered down ginger. No blueberry or anything. I had to add fruit at home to make it worth drinking but at that point I should’ve just made my smoothie at home. As for my food, I ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and it wasn’t terrible but there was barely anything there. It was mostly tomato and lettuce. The service was good but it was a quick order and that’s it.

The owners need to get more service oriented people in the shop. It smelled bad in the store, trash everywhere, workers eating in public and from another restaurants…the guy at the register was chewing his food while taking my order. I could barely understand what he said with a mouth full of food. Considering this is an A2 location I would expect better. It took over 13 minutes 2:48-3:01p to get one smoothie—why because everyone is chilling and eating in public.

Staff stood around for 5 minutes while we waited to be helped. No chicken on chicken salad, no ranch on turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Very strange visit. None of the employees wanted to be there.

I used to come here all the time until a male teenage service clerk was exceptionally rude to me once. I ordered a smoothie and it came back with a hair in it. I pointed this out to the worker, who rudely told me "well what do you expect ME to do about that?". I asked him if he could make me another smoothie without a hair in it, and he took forever and gave me attitude the whole time. It was especially disappointing because I had even tipped him for my order prior to receiving this awful service. Never been back. The hair thing wasn't a big deal to begin with, I understand accidents happen. But being snarled at in public over someone else's mistake isn't a service I'd like to pay for.

Ordered my wife & I some smoothies because we are sick. Got something extra in my smoothie. Super bummed was really looking forward to the smoothie. Now worried because I drank some of these pieces before I discovered it wasn’t right. Store manger gave a refund, and was very nice. Wanted to share because I don’t want it to happen to others. Glad it wasn’t a kid or an elderly person.
