Typically I enjoy getting which wich, but will never return to this location. Got through half of my sandwich and found a long blue hair in it. I have short brown hair. I was outside the location eating it, and when I called to inform the store I received no apology and was told they could remake it, but could not give me a refund since I used Doordash pickup to order it. That’s understandable, but the employee (with the blue hair) was incredibly rude about the entire situation. When I brought the sandwich back, I still received no apology, only an attitude about it. I understand things happen, but I shouldn’t be made to feel bad by the employee about wanting a sandwich without hair in it. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

I like their sandwiches but they have discontinued my favorite sandwich which is egg salad. Because I had a taste for egg salad I did not order any other sandwich on this visit.

Last time I had Which Which was at least 10 years ago in Seattle, but my memory of them being better than other fast casual sandwich shops held true. Building my own sandwich by checking off ingredients from a list on the sandwich bag was just as fun and whimsical as it was a decade ago. I had a large Turkey sandwich with white bread, pepper Jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and hot pepper with Which Which sauce (basically thousand island). They toast the sandwich just enough to give it a little crisp on the outside and get the cheese melted. The ingredients are fresh and plentiful, and a large was more than enough to satisfy my big-man hunger. If I could change anything about my sandwich (other than getting a regular size), o would have opted for ranch, since the house special sauce was a bit too sweet. My wife and I got two sandwiches with avocado, chips, and a drink, and it all came out to $25. I'd rather eat here than Subway any day.

Changed menu selections. Not worth it anymore

Not a "superior" sandwich experience. Avoid if you have food allergies. I am dairy intolerant and ordered my Cali Bowlwich without cheese, but they included it anyway :/ The associate at the front was grumpy and rude. Worse still, the Bowlwich was made smaller than advertised even after I added extras. Skip this place, it's not worth the hassle and attitude.

Friendly service but the sandwich was half cold and not cooked all the way through. I ended up tossing it.

Honestly, this is overpriced college kid food. Got a BLT and it had almost NO bacon in it. I was very disappointed in this experience and won't be returning.
Not sure why they think they can add something to a sandwich when put in note saying allergy to this product, yet when recieved that specific meat is there, and when call store talk to the guy and he says o ya I remember seeing that on there but didn't think about it, WTF U MEAN DIDNT THINK ABOUT IT??? I love Which Wich. The food is good, but mostly I love the friendly employees who go above and beyond. Shout out to the hard working people at this location that keep me coming back. Also the location is super convenient when you’re in downtown Ann Arbor. A special thanks to the guy who once called me and asked if I wanted toppings on my sandwich after I forgot in my online order!
