I ate here for the first time last week and I LOVED it (went in person). Then I ordered it from the app for delivery yesterday and I ordered the same sandwich (pesto grilled cheese or something like that) and the sandwich that was delivered was not the same one at all - it was literally a singular slice of some kind of cheese between the bread LOL I got this as part of the get two combo thing and the salad I got with it was good but for $12 ish bucks-ish I would hope that the quality would match the cost but I mean…just look at the photos attached. I’m gonna try this place again because now it’s a 1:1 ratio of good:bad so maybe third times a charm ??

Tonight was our first time trying Zoup and we were impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu and options to us. Samples of soup is always a bonus. And both of the sandwiches we got were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back!

The crew were so friendly and I loved that you can sample the soups before making your choice. I enjoyed the Crab and Corn chowder it was delicious, so was the baguette I got with it. The manager was so helpful and worked right alongside the staff.

Pretty gross. Went in at 5 for dinner. Soups have been sitting uncovered all day - skin on top, discolored, god knows what has fallen into them all day. Crude sign in the door “all sandwiches are deli style”. Place looked dirty. Hard pass. Will not be back.

Open Sunday! Looked closed from outside. Dalia (sp?) new manager is really kind and friendly. She’s having a lot of fun with her younger (teen?) staff, quizzing them on 80s songs playing overhead. Quick food, great taste.

Online order which was not ready 15+ minutes after it was scheduled. Server made it after taking an order. He played with bread but did not put it in bag with soups and forgot the crumble for pot pie. Called only for them to make excuses about not being able to get manager until after they closed. No refunds or credits or apologies.

I've been sick with a very annoying sore throat this week so eating anything firmer than a french fry has been a bit challenging. Soup has been the go to for pretty much every meal and Zoup hooked me up big time with tasty bowls in a jiffy. It has been YEARS since I visited a Zoup but I remembered liking it in the past. So I placed my order via delivery and it was at my door in 20 short minutes. I went for the chicken pot pie, loaded potato, and the lobster bisque. I didn't realize it until I wrote it out just now but 2 out of the 3 soups I ordered were pretty much traditional meals in soup form! Which means I got to enjoy some of my favorite comfort foods (pot pie, potatoes) with a gentler texture. All three soups were very thick which worked for the pot pie and the potato but and I'm still on the fence on how I felt about the texture in the bisque. It tasted good but generally I like my bisques a little more runny, that heavy of a composition got to be a little too much at the end. All three soups also had generous chunks of the appropriate veggies and proteins for each, even the lobster bisque had nice pieces of tender seafood in there. Each one also came with a crunchy hunk of french baguette. I worried about my throat with that crunchy crust so I just scooped out the soft interior and it was great! A nice compromise.

Amazing staff. Kindly greeted as I walked in. Then offered samples of all their soups. There's a lot to choose from... Went with the Chicken Pot Pie and half a turkey club. What can I say. Soup was on point warm and thick. Just what the weather recommended.. the Turkey club hit the spot with its great turkey and bacon, mayo mixture.... Unfortunately, the bread stole the show both sandwich and soup baguette were fresh, warm and soft cube of butter to tool them off! Amazing!! Will come back again and again. Thank you,

Never got asked if I wanted to try any of the soups, it didn’t seem very busy in there but I still sat there for 30 minutes watching the employees just walk back and forth from the back room not carrying anything. People behind me in line were receiving their food before me while I waited for my soup and sandwich. Didn’t have any order to the way the food was being made- multiple people making the same sandwich while there are 6 cups of soup sitting on the counter the entire time getting cold. Finally I just gave up and asked for a refund because I only had 30 minutes for my lunch break and I get scoffed at and told to just keep my chips as if it’s some sort of reimbursement. Wont be returning
