Went in for an Americano (Half caff). The girl working barely acknowledged me at first and said hello as I walked up. She finished doing the task she was doing, turned and looked at me. She didn't say a word, no "how can I help you" or "what can I get for you", she just looked at me. ordered my half caff americano. Unfortunately the decaf part of the espresso machine was broken, which doesn't make much sense to me. Either way, the Americano was really good, so 5 stars for coffee, but service was uninviting and cold.

I've been here 3 times. Out of those 3 times, they had an unexpected early closing (11 AM) which was not listed anywhere. The coffee is decent, and the atmosphere is good, but I will not be back due to the inconsistency in operational hours.

Coffee was mid, and they wouldn't let me sit down and work at 11am?Why have a coffee shop where people can't work at?

Today I went to this place for the first time... I was really impressed... the worst coffee I've ever had... I asked for a cappuccino and they gave me a coffee with water, the same latte and also a Danish cheese. I really don't know how many days I had there super hard and acidic! I threw it all away ? I don't recommend going to this place at all! I was super disappointed

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The woman working could not have been more bothered to have pour coffee for a customer.Beyond that- no WiFi and no food selectionNo wonder there were no other customers. No idea how this place gets over 4 stars

we had the pleasure of having Emily as our barista for our first visit. She was so welcoming and fun to have a conversation with. She gave us a ton of recommendations for food places around the area to try. Definitely come check the place out, she’s very helpful when explaining the menu to people who aren’t into the fancy coffee drinks.

Great spot for coffee. Service was fantastic! Limited food options. Plenty of seating, indoors and out.

Layover is my favorite spot on days I work remotely. Hottest joint in downtown Auburn Hills. They have an extensive menu of coffee and espresso drinks, and all their beans are sourced from Michigan roasters. Lots of table space with charging ports and fast, free wifi. They also serve bagels, pastries, and pre-made sandwiches. The coffee bar is located next to the brewery, so I'd be lying if I said I didn't end my work day with a beer or two. Highly recommend. Delicious local coffee, excellent service, and a great environment to relax, socialize, or get a bit of work done.

Coffee was great. I tried a black nitro cold brew. The atmosphere is nice, I liked the theme, but it doesn't beat a place like Apothecary Expresso (Downtown Farmington). The stools were comfortable, but I wish there were chairs around shorter tables for those who like those. Music wasn't too bad, not my taste, but it fit well in the background. Overall good experience!Parking: Parked on the street off auburn road

Decent coffee/espresso from a non chsin coffee shop. Weather was nice and I sat on the patio but neither inside nor the outside feel very inviting. Patio is streetside, fenced in and inside doubles as a brew pub in the evening. Cold and

Check out this coffee shop in downtown Auburn Hills! It is located right inside Blue Skies Brewery. Great drinks and a locally owned business.

Moved downtown recently and was excited for a coffee shop nearby. It was hard to find but it was a nice inside. The barista had headphones on while taking my order? Never seen that one before, looked kind of annoyed that I walked in, maybe because it was 8:30 on a Monday so not judging. I’m only giving it three stars because the coffee was good. Actually tasted like coffee and not sugar.

This place is a much needed and positive addition to downtown Auburn Hills. Staff is super friendly, and coffee & pastries are good. They serve Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Co. coffee, which I'm a fan of. LOVE the outdoor patio out front during warmer months. Makes for a nice little hangout spot to start your day. Only areas I'd appreciate seeing some improvement in are in the interior design (it's a basic white box - feels too much like a hotel conference room. Would benefit from some cozier vibes), and consistency in stocking of necessary packaging. They seem to often have trouble with shortages in bags, cups, lids, etc. Skip the big chains and support this local business! They're working to activate space in down Auburn Hills, which is awesome. I appreciate this good-hearted, quality, local joint!
