Kiosks crashed, had to order at counter, wouldn’t let me use rewards, order was charged but not actually in system, took 20 minutes to get food. On top of that, an unruly patron tried to creepily engage my teenage son in inappropriate conversation.Hands down the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonalds, anywhere in the world, in over 3 decades.

I was told they “no longer offer refills since their renovation at this location.” Over the years I have never had an issue at this McDonald’s in Auburn Hills. Service has been average and as expected. Since the pandemic some McDonalds in the area have taken away the option for self-serve refill stations. I have been to this McDonald’s since their renovations and have typically gone to the counter to get a refill when dining in. Today, my 2 kids and I were told that getting refills is no longer an option at this location because of the remodel. The cost of drinks have increased and now you can’t get a refill. I did NOT see any signs posted informing customers of a change to their commonly known refill policy. Not sure if this is corporate, franchise, or a management decision but I won’t be back if I’m dinning in and getting a beverage.

I've been going there for the last 20 + years for breakfast before work. Over the years I've overlooked some questionable things, but I'll NEVER give them my business again. In my breakfast sandwich was a clump of hair with what looked like part of the scalp attached to the hair. I thank God Iam in the habit of looking at my food before I eat it. What gets me is that when I drove back around to the window to show them, they didn't even act surprised. ???

This is the worst mcdonalds. I stopped going there years ago because the quarter pounder was so dry and tasted.like it was mafe yesterday. Thought i would try again this afternoon. Nope still as nasty. Dry and it sure wasnt a quarter pounder. It looked like a regular dried up patty with cheese. Will never go there again.

I am currently sitting at this McDonald's that I come to often. This is the first time in a while I have been here during the evening. I ordered food but hadn't paid for it but an employee proceeded to hand me food yelling out a number in my face that I didn't know was mine. I told her the order wasn't mine & the manager proceeded to ask me about the situation . As I was telling her about it she just had a blank stare granted free food would have been great, I wanted to pay. When I went to pay there is an disabled person that was taking my order. He did not aware me that my code didnt work when I tried to order a second time and followed with an attitude. When my order was up the manager said she didn't have the sauce I asked for and I told her it was okay that I was fine with no sauce the manager then proceeded to the back to grab my water and I the midst of her doing so she tried to whisper "people and their attitudes" how do I have an attitude just because I said I didn't want sauce? If anything I'm upset because of the customer service I received. First shift customer service is great. I'm not sure about your mid shift. They make people not want to come back. I guess I should've just took the free food.
