Terrible food and very rude staff. My wife and I got very sick after eating there. Girl working there laughed at me for asking for extra soy sauce. Never going back there again. Do not recommend!

I called them three times because I wasn’t sure exactly where they’re located. When I finally found the restaurant all the employees were talking and not doing anything. They all looked at me when I walked up and it took 20 seconds for someone to speak to me. They ignore phone calls and they ignore you in person. I’d drive out the way to another location instead of ever dealing with the unprofessional rude staff at this location ever again.

I have left 2 reviews on my whole life that were bad. This is my second. I've never ate at a Panda Express and I NEVER will again. I love Chinese food but my husband doesn't. So talked him into going inside the mall to eat so I could try Panda Express. The rice is tasteless and grainy feeling on your mouth. The Angus beef I paid extra for was not even better then the worse Broccoli and beef I ever had and the spicy chicken was rubbery. Waste of $15.

Personally, first time trying Panda Express. We went there late and I didn’t seem to had a hard time with the line up and it was quite quick. Server was okay and given me a good amount of portion on the meal. I do recall that I should try their orange chicken and at last I did. I went ofcourse with their friend rice as the main carbs.Overall, I would say a bit over average. It won’t wow me in flavour because it is what I expect on a fast food restaurant but the selection of other meal is quite plenty and I shall try again the other food.

First of all, I was disappointed because the young lady seemed pressed. She did explain that this was all that was left. That there was only noodles and white rice. No gravy.... I was very unimpressed. I heard I saw and still felt slighted. If you can understand. I still purchased and will doctor it when I get home.

Hello All, just had a visit to Great Lakes Mall and wanted to try the food at Panda Express since my niece raves about it! The line was long, service was slow & they over charged me! When I asked for a refund everyone tried to explain the over charge but NOT refund my money so I left with the food and a nice guy offered to buy the food and reimburse me because he said he totally understood my complaint which was very valid....so in the end I got my refund but if YOU want to be taken advantage of with the way prices are going up then go but if you value your money and a restaurant that stands behind their prices(reflected)and VALUE customers service I strongly suggest YOU DO NOT go to the Panda Express in Great Lakes!!

Personally I (normally) love Panda Express.I have a little shop and a big shop close to my home.Sadly though, the exact Panda Express made me think of the company differently.As soon as I walked over, they immediately were ignoring me, and being very rude. Dispute the long wait, when it was finally our turn, she waited like 2 mins until taking our order! While I was waiting for her stop doing whatever it was that she was doing, I saw somebody sleeping in the back!Granted, I'll give it to them, Great prices, good food, however terrible service!Vegetarian options: Good wheelchair accebality, nj parking it's inside of a mall, and they have vegetarian options.Parking: No parkingWheelchair accessibility: Good

Big plater ~$11 with side as fried rice was very good and with noodles as side was ok. Along with Entrees like kung pao chicken, mushroom chicken, pepper chicken, teriyaki chicken, honey flavored / sweet chicken/shrimp are awesome if we buy 2 big platers for family of 4. The only cheap and best shop with decent quantity in great lakes mall at this price
