Honestly I go here a lot, but I always have issues with my orders whether it's online or in person, always missing something. This is my last straw, the machine has been acting pretty funny lately and has been removing orders from what I put into my cart. I ordered a raspberry milk tea large light ice with 50% sugar level and tapioca. Order arrives no tapioca, I ask her if she can remake it with tapioca instantly met with attitude instead tells me I can buy some on the side and put it in my milk tea which I agreed to, when I get the tapioca on the side its the smallest sauce cup with about 10 pearls in it!! Before I even paid I returned the sauce cup of boba and again got met with attitude, eye rolling, and scoffing. This is the last time I come here. Other then that the place is pretty chill. Edit: forgot to mention it's always the same lady don't know her name but if you're reading this and think it's you then YES ITS YOU! Also yes I wrote this right here in the Cafe while you sat here and the whole staff watched me and gave me mean glances. I hope your manager sees this and has a conversation to you about it. Please understand.. This is just about tapioca it was never that serious.

I'm so excited to have discovered Quickly! I ordered a Tiger Milk Tea, and it was excellent. Being lactose intolerant, I normally never can have milk tea, but Quickly is coconut based! The menu was extensive, and I will be returning!! Very clean inside, would be a good place to work or study, & service was fast. I wish Quickly would open in North Rochester Hills!!

I love Quickly Boba Cafe! The boba is always fresh and chewy, and the tea is perfectly sweet. I've tried a few different flavors and they've all been delicious. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Quickly Boba Cafe if you're looking for a great boba fix.

So I called in an order today and the girl was so professional and so nice. I didn’t know what I wanted and she found the correct item by explaining it and I’m so glad for that. The atmosphere makes me want to eat all the sweets in there. The smell is divine. 10 stars! They had my order ready to go and easy parking is a plus. I was out in Under a min. Top tier service. Plus the food I ordered. Yumm! Get the cheese sticks 10/10 the crab rangoons 10/10. Not greasy at all. Perfectly fried. And the spring rolls 20/10 perfect crisp rolls. Thank you for the experience. I will be back.

This is quite possibly the best bubble tea place I have ever been to. Their boba milk teas are incredible and the large is HUGE! The price is really great too. I came in from out of town and I'm so sad to leave because I would go here every day if I was local. It's going to be hard to go back to boba anywhere else.
