I went to lunch as I was there . I over hear and seen what looks like a manager or owner yelling at a employee or it could be a manager. As I was eating I heard they the blame was on this young lady about why they failed , which is very disappointing to have to witness that. I have been a owner of a business and it's not just one person(s) fault . I don't think I will be coming back. I hope that young lady walked from that job . This store has a bad turn over . I don't think I'll be coming back. I pray for that lady.

Myra is the best, I had been trying to get ahold of one of the managers for about a week about an order that I paid for online but was never able to receive due to the store closing without warning. He made it right and was able to help me with my order, he was extremely friendly and made my experience so much better, and I would return to this store just to have him make my order. He deserves a raise for his great customer service ??

Shut this disgusting hole down. We went in at 1:04 PM on Sunday, January 14, 2024 to get one sub, they asked what kind of bread we wanted, then they proceeded to say they didn’t have any fresh bread nor did they have any condiments prepped, so basically they had no lettuce, no onions, no green peppers, no tomatoes that were ready for customers, mind you they had been open for hours by this point and when we proceeded to say never mind, we are leaving they said without hesitation, “that’s OK we don’t care”I can’t believe people like this are allowed to collect a paycheck, pure laziness at it’s bestSteer clear, who knows what else is not be done properly

The guy working Sunday night 1/7/24 was one of the worst experiences I've had with subway. Bad Attitude, bad service, got my order completely wrong. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I’m rating the food a 1 star based on my order was 4 Footlongs all the same I usually end up getting most of all the veggies seeing how they’re free and healthy for you, most of the time when I order my footlong the employee making my sub has a hard time folding and wrapping it up based on the contents of what’s inside. Please view the photo of the footlong I received from this store. I rated the service 3 star based on the fact the store only had 1 employee working and he was making food at a decent pace and keeping up with customer demand while executing his job as the only employee in just not happy with the lack of product I receive for my money. Definitely followed standards and minimums. Lastly I rated the atmosphere 2 star based on the line to get my food due to 1 employee and the fact there was only 1 employee gave it the rating it did. It made his job harder with no team.

Placed mobile order and totally messed it up, shouldn’t let new people work with no type of training. Sandwich bread was brick hard and were not good at all nor plentiful. Just a waste of money.

I went to order one sub after getting off the highway, which i been on all day, just to walk in to a worker yelling out “CLOSED” repeatedly. When i looked at the time it was only 8:30pm, being their open sign was on as well, obviously i thought they were still taking orders. I work fast food so i totally get that we were there late, but i also work fast food and realize this worker was being very rude. i surely wouldn’t give them an A+ on customer service.
