Whoever is working there this morning and made my peanut butter banana flatbread deserves a raise ? That was hands down the best flatbread I've ever had from tropical smoothie and I've had it many many times. Great job and thanks for starting off my day fabulously!

Went on Monday March 4th for dinner. While there for 20 mins to get a simple egg wrap and no pesto we saw 2 other orders get lost in the convoluted process of in person and online orders. Also even though confirming during the order and on the screen no pesto the item was still made with pesto. This could have been a serious problem for someone allergic. The 3 members that were there were standing on prep counters to get ingredients. Will not be going back to this location.

I came into the store around 7:06pm and was greeted by what looked like two teenage boys, one white with a Justin Bieber like haircut and the other black with an Afro and black string necklace. When I asked for a Cranberry Truffle he stated they couldn’t make that anymore. Fair, so I asked for the Pomegranate Plunge: substitute bananas for pineapples and add white chocolate, 2 kids Jetty Jr. and used a free reward for a Chia Boost. All of the smoothies were full of ice (slushy like). You couldn’t drink them & the Chia Boost was missing flavors. When I called to retrieve receipt information and speak with a manager available for a solution. The young man stated he was the manager, Jamari T who could refund me or I could come back and they’ll remake it. I said I can come back Wednesday, I’m currently on the Rd, 50min from home so I’ll take the refund. He stated I needed to be in store to do so and could contact the customer service number or go on the website. I asked for the contact number & he stated they were extremely busy at 7:25pm and that he couldn’t do that at this moment. When I volunteered and asked to wait until they weren’t busy. He stated he doesn’t have that number in store, nor did he know it… proceeds to laugh with the other guy in background and hung up the phone. Nowadays things are very tough, rough and overwhelming you spend your last $20 to make your kids and a partner happy after a 2hr drive. & then are disrespected, disappointed and lied to.

The racist so called general manager that gave my wife a hard time, very rude, inappropriate A Hole. After waiting forever for her order, and seeing it was already made she inquired about others customers receiving their order before hers. Cashier first got an attitude and telling her she needs to prepare food before she can receive her order. After my wife said she wanted a refund, this so called manager told her he didn't like her attitude. I'll leave it there after I had to go up to this location
worst tropical smoothie in the county. they do not care about their employees and have the worst management ever. I don’t recommend eating there nor working there.

This used to be my favorite Tropical Smoothie in the area. Sadly, the quality has greatly decreased in the last year or so. Every order has items missing and every smoothie is running down the sides of the cup and tatse just like water. The salads are half full and when they remember your sauce they only give you one unlike every other cafe in a 20 mile radius which gives two. The Crooks rd, University, Sashabaw, and M59 locations all have better quality and better service.

Tasty food thats certainly healthier than other counter-serve options out there. Tons of smoothie choices, from the uber-healthy to dessert-style. Quick service too, which is unusual for TSCs! The only downside is that eating inside can be a bit uncomfortable as the smoothie blenders are constantly running and can be pretty loud.
Ordered a Jetty punch, it's a pink smoothie, what the gave me was purple. I clearly knew it was blueberry.Also I put in an app order at 10am for a 11:15am pick up, when I arrived they said the order was made at 10. So, the order sat for over an hour.The flat bread I ordered was rolled up like a burrito oozing ranch out the wrapper.The manager said she couldn't honor a refund or replacement.

Happy employees + positive energy . Wow ~ it’s rarity in todays climate to see smiles .and service . I surely have no expectations snd always happy to contribute and help turn around a bad day . ~ it’s just a smoothie~ but wow , I walked in and John helped me to order ~ very appreciated! I know the service industry is hard . Fabulous!

We ordered from this store through DoorDash. They gave our DoorDash driver our three drinks and someone else’s order, forgetting our entire bag of food. We attempted to call to see if our bag of food is there to go pick it up ourselves when we only received the drinks, and they let the phone ring fully every single time we called, with 30 minutes still to close.If your phone is ringing you still have to pick it up if you’re open. 1/2 hour before close does not mean that you’re closed.Not to be a Karen, but definitely disappointed to not have our food at all.

We ordered from this store through DoorDash. They gave our DoorDash driver our three drinks and someone else’s order, forgetting our entire bag of food. We attempted to call to see if our bag of food is there to go pick it up ourselves when we only received the drinks, and they let the phone ring fully every single time we called, with 30 minutes still to close.If your phone is ringing you still have to pick it up if you’re open. 1/2 hour before close does not mean that you’re closed.Not to be a Karen, but definitely disappointed to not have our food at all.
