I went through the drive thru. I ordered a large meal, no body behind me. Still asked to pull up to wait on my fries. Gave me my drink, no ice and half filled small cup, even though I large sized it. Asked me when I ordered what sauce, received no sauce, and my fries were cold anyway. Very bad rude service. Wasn't even given a receipt. Will not go back

Always been the best Arby's in Michigan. Food is always hot and fresh, with smiles and great attitudes all around. There is a cook in the back that is a master of his craft, for real treat yourself and visit this Arby's.
Nothing like placing an entire $33 Door Dash meal because I was craving Arby’s sauce and added like 7 packets to my order to which I received ZERO packs of Arby’s sauce.I really don’t understand how hard it to read an order and ensure that all items are in the bag. No horseradish either. Kinda shocked they remembered the ketchup for my Curly Fries, which were really good.

Hot and fresh, and the staff were very friendly! Went through the drive thru at 7:30p on a Monday and service was very quick. Food was perfectly warm and the two ladies who served me were laughing and having a good time.Parking: Parking lot was plowed and clear of snow

Arby's is becoming more and more disappointing! Where is the beef? The steak sub was so disgusting we couldn't even finish it. There was mostly creamy garlic and cheese with a hint of steak. Fish sticks were extremely greasy... Also my fries and roast beef sandwich were cold. For the cost of this meal, the way it is served will make me think again about stopping at Arby's the next time we are traveling and short on time. We will choose a different place to stop. It wasn't the store itself it is the chain in general. Prices are up and things aren't how they used to be. Unfortunately, I get it! however, we paid over $20 for 2 people without even ordering a drink. The quality of the food needs improving.

I'm curious about something, I exited off the expressway so we could sit down and feed the family and get back on the road, we arrived at the restaurant at 730pm, there were people eating inside and while we pulled on the door and it was locked, then some lady wouldn't even talk to us put a" lobby is closed" sign on the doors, the drive thru was open but all the kids needed to get a break from the long ride. I can't imagine why there were 10 people sitting at 1 big table but the lobby is closed 2hours before closing! Someone from Arby's corporate should deal with this, I'm glad I don't live nearby this place because because I'd boycot this restaurant, horrible way to run the business.
As I walked in I was attacked by crinkle fries. They also attacked son. Employees were also being attacked by crinkle fries. I will come here everyday now. My son listens to me because he is scared of crinkle fries. Thank you Arby's.Also on a different day I walked in and asked for a Turkey Bacon and Ranch shake. The employees said they couldn't make it. I suggested they mash it and put whip cream on it. They did it and I got charged $20. Such a deal, I will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: I like all the food. My favorite salad is the roast beef sandwich.

They Refuse to serve dine in customers at this locationWalked up and tugged on the door at 130 on a Sunday capital road is open and decided to go to Arby's for lunch on my lunch breakI call ask when is the lobby open I get.told they are busyI watched 5 cars including myself leave the drive through the same car sat at drive through speaker for 20 minutes they were still there when I left.mcdonalds
