Always a nice treat. I do wish the young girl working there would put her phone down to give a little attention to their customers. She wasn't paying attention to the food we were ordering. Also, they used to include the vanilla icing with the cinnamon bites, now they charge a dollar for it. In the end, you're almost paying for a full meal. The warm pretzels are really great on a cold day, The pretzels are huge, and the pretzel bites they give you a nice portion.

The service was horrible they took 2 hours to make our food and when we got the pretzels they had nails in them and they tasted bad!!

Anytime there is an Auntie Anne's Pretzels nearby, I insist on going. I love a good, buttery, soft pretzel. I got the classic pretzel while my husband got a pretzel dog. It did take about 10 minutes for the hot dog but we were told when we were ordering it would be that long so it's all good.I ate my pretzel while my husband was waiting and it was as tasty as always. I do wish there was more than one table near by as there were a decent amount of people who ordered pretzels who all clearly wanted to sit and rest for a moment. I did appreciate they put the complimentary water in a large cup rather than a tiny one. I will definitely be coming back to Auntie Ann's soon.

Pretzles are good as they should be i mean it is a pretzle place just make sure you look at the pieces if that is your choice cuz they sometimes come burnt

We like the cinnamon pretzels when we do go there, but it's rare because... well it's bread and we try to avoid having too much of that. I would suggest they are happy to give you a sample, so get a sample and if you think its worth it, go ahead and get a fresh cinnamon pretzel or whatever you choose.
