1st thing this is one of those small buildings that are drive up only. It's really nice. I've been here another time several years ago, and that time was a long line, but it moved fairly quickly, so service is great. This time, no lines waiting but still fast friendly service.Didn't order a bragel this time (their bragels are good no matter which biggby location). Got two coffees mocha caramel iced w/sweet foam and salted caramel frozen with whipped cream (majority of biggby drinks are automatically made with it). Both were good and tasted like what I get from my local biggby as this one was visited on a road trip.

I love Biggby! The flavors of coffee are excellent, of all big coffee places, this is my favorite. I love the reward card, and that I can get BOGO coupons at family fare. Employees are always nice, my wait is never long. Bonus points that there is now a drive thru near me!

So far things have not been bad at all!!! I find the drink options great, and the ability to change and add little things makes it wonderful. There are so many locations here in Battle Creek that it isn't hard to get one if you want it!! Love all things Mocha so the menu has much that I enjoy, and so far they have never Let me down!!Thank You for all the hard work!!

For some reason they can never get my order correctly.. USED to be the best, not sure what happened. When I said "almond milk " it's because my stomach is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE to regular milk. If you're out just say that. Don't say ok and give me something different. Spent the rest of my day being sick.
