Normally when I order from you guys the food and portions are amazing, but today both burgers I ordered were overcooked and the meat was hard around the edges. The bacon was overcooked and hard and the amount of fries we got with our meals was barely a handful.

Bad food. Biscuits were hard. Omelet was horrible. Cheese not even melted and loaded with bacon bits. Not even real bacon. Couldnt eat it. Manager asked how it was and I told her and all she said was that they would try better next time. Won't be a next time if I can help it.
I will never bring family here again this place has really gone down hill. I review slot of place well pretty much everywhere I go and this one is up the lady's and gentlemen. PLEASE save yourself the trouble.There was an eggshell in my buger and a fry in my wife's French toast not to mention the silver ware didn't look properly cleaned. Like always we let management know just to see reaction never with getting a discount just wanting to see what they do and they just seem to brush it off and say sorry.So please save yourself the trouble and go some where with cleanliness and more self skilled employees anywhere but here will do. This is the best Bob Evans that I have ever been in. I live in Dearborn and go to see my daughter in Chicago frequently, and I make sure I stop in your Battle Creek Restraunt. I frequently go to other ones in other locations, but Battle Creek is the best. Yum-yum.
