I love this place! Typically, I use the app to pick up food and coffee on the way to work in the morning. I love the extra efforts the staff put into a putting a smile on my coffee cup each morning and always greeting me ( and others) when you walk in the door. The coffee is outstanding and I can’t go back to other national coffee stores after having Cafe Rica. I have enjoyed breakfast, lunch and snacks and the food is always creative and flavorful ( thank you for having vegetarian options). Unfortunately, I have only had a few opportunities to sit and enjoy my coffee with friends, but I appreciate the atmosphere and staff who are always friendly and welcoming.Vegetarian options: Love the veggie quesadilla…even for breakfast.

The taste of the food is awesome but today my food was NOT hot; it was lukewarm at best. I work one block away, I was super fast getting there and am a rally consistant customer and usually the food is piping home. I ordered a chicken and ranch quesedilla but it was just not hot
I've had only wonderful experiences here, food is amazing, staff takes great care of me. The tostadas are my favorite, but it's all good.

I usually go into Cafe Rica in between classes and get amazing service. The food is top tier, and healthy which is hard to find. Highly recommend the quesadillas and shaken espresso. 10/10

This beauty is tucked downtown Battle Creek but has some of the BEST cold brew I have ever tried and always has delicious muffins. The staff is so friendly and kind, the atmosphere is inviting and warm. In a word, it is Chad-tastic!

Cafe Rica is my favorite place to visit in downtown Battle Creek.All of the employees (and the owners) are extremely friendly and kind. The food, drinks and service are also very, very good!
