Consistently a train wreck at the SE Capitol location. I’ve come to the conclusion that they just don’t care about the people in this area. Example below and other examples that just aren’t worth the time…

My sister just ordered a delivery for Capital Ave SW. The delivery driver was an older guy who pounded at the door like the police until I answered the door, which I normally respond to immediately when someone knocks at my door. Well he was trying to make me give him a 40 dollar tip before he was going to let me have the pizza.

SUPPORT LOCAL. THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE TO STAY IN BATTLE CREEK. WE DESERVE BETTER. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS. 3.6 stars says it all. Look at all the bad reviews. There are so many places to get good pizza here in town. I absolutely will never order from Domino's again. They sent us a pizza without sauce. Literally, they forgot to put sauce on. And I asked for extra lol And it was so overdone it was hard. The rest of our order was fine and so they offered to replace the pizza. I called that same week on Saturday to replace the pizza and was going to order three other pizzas and a dessert on top of it. They told me if I wanted my replacement Pizza none of the specials were available to me on any of my other items. That doesn't make any sense. We spent a lot of money there and when I say we will not order from there again I mean it. Too many other places that do better.

Ordered 2 Large 2 topping Pizzas off they’re Daily Specials and waited for over an hour. I live less than a mile away too. I called them back and the guy who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful when I asked where my food was or home longer it would take. I could literally walk there in 3 minutes from my front door but was then told my food was on its way, it would be there in 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The pizzas delivered were Medium, Not large, and arrived cold. I’d like a refund.

Absolutely ridiculous how people can't fallow simple directions! I've ordered from them two nights in a row hoping to get my order right and then give them the code to the building to deliver the pizza to my apartment. I am disabled. They come to the building to just knock on the door in hopes that someone will answer it. But there's also an intercom that they could use to get in touch with me as well. I find it sad and can't believe how stupid this younger generation is. And then they wonder why they don't get a tip? How about following directions that the customer gives!

Fully understanding that $7.99 purchased what amounted to be a half a handful of noodles and probably was 1-2 frozen chicken strips mangled into smaller pieces shouldn’t be a 5-Star experience. However, you think one could keep pineapple from falling into their Chicken Alfredo. Last thing I expect to taste in a pasta dish.Also, I understand that a lot of restaurants are veering from their initial set and trying to capitalize on other meal options. Taco Bell does breakfasts, Micky D’s attempts salads, etc. However, Domino’s has no business attempting to make “Subs”.The Chicken Parm was, I can only assume, made by a 4-year old child. It was terrible.Domino’s stick to your pizzas, that’s where you moderately succeed.

Had to rate one star or would have 0 have been ordering and relatively happy for a few years had "CREDITS" for messed up orders I've had. Tried to use them tonight was told the best he could do was 20% NEVER AGAIN SOOOO UNHAPPY had a order fall off car over 2 hours to delivery was supposed to get "CREDITS". Had orders incorrect and incomplete supposed to get "CREDITS" To bad CREDITS NEVER RECEIVED ?

This is the best Dominoes’s pizza I have had in a long time! Just ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese kids killed it!Also a salad which was amazing! And cheese bread that just melted in your mouth!!! On September 3rd at around 9pm I placed an order online, after a while with no knocks at my door I called and was told the driver left the order at my door. Look and it's not there. I ask why he didn't knock on the door and hand it to me like he was supposed to (that was the option I chose online) they didn't have an answer for that. They offer to remake it. This time the driver does knock on our door and hand us our order while fumbling around with apologies and excuses for last time. The only problem is that this order is completely wrong. I called the store AGAIN. The person claiming to be the manager insisted it was right and saying he won't remake it again. At that point I just insisted on a refund which he said he would do. I hope he can figure out how to do that.What a horrible expierence. A lazy & incompetent delivery driver and a manager that should not be in charge of a mop bucket yet alone any kind of business. It's too bad zero stars isn't an option. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
