Very friendly and fast staff. There were some dirty tables that needed wiping. Sandwiches beat the hell out of Subway. Love the Jalapeno Potato Chips. It's also good to buy day-old sub buns for 50 cents each.

I live nearby and eat there often until 2 weeks ago. Me and a friend went in and were waited on by the overweight, brown haired guy with the beard. We were the only customers in the store. When we left, we were in the car for a few minutes. My friend is gay. I looked in the store window and the guy was doing the gay wrist bend thing as the guys stood in a group and laughed. You've got big windows and we can see you. I don't support hate or homophobia. You've lost my business. This was such a disgusting look for your business.

We are new to Jimmy John's. I know they have been around for a while, but we ate there once only because they don't heat their subs, not because we didn't enjoy their subs. Recently, we got a couple of sandwiches to take home that way my husband could toast his. What a delicious sub sandwich! I had the Billy Club, and my husband had the Hunters Club. We both enjoyed our sandwiches very much! They definitely don't skimp on toppings! I've already downloaded the app to my phone, and I know we'll be getting sandwiches there again!

Let me start off by saying the food is always decent and the staff is very friendly, good group of kids. But they are just that, kids. Being the only one in the shop ordering sandwiches, I ordered two sandwiches (#5 +mayo + hot pepper , #7 no mayo no onion) at 8:07 pm which i did not then receive until 8:14 pm… 3.5 minutes a sandwich. After about 5 minutes of me standing there with no one making sandwiches I had to ask the gentleman who had just cleaned the restrooms if anyone happened to work here and could make my food. Not so freaky fast anymore

Ordered at @12:57pm i was told I would have it in 20 minutes- got my food at 2:43pm. Even called asking where my food was at 1:38pm just said there busy and I was told i would have my food in another 20 minutes. Very disappointed.

The gentleman that took my order is what made this 5 star review. His name was Tommy, he was patient with me while I took my order, and all round a happy smiling face, that is so much more than what I usually get walking in this location. Typically its a bunch of kids that are stoned out of their mind, which I wouldn't complain if they could at least not forget to put the meat on my sandwich..

I wish I could give them o stars! Horrible! Talk to u like trash! Asked for manager they told me they are not allowed to give our manager name! Said they don’t have to wear name tags because they are a private company! We don’t need a restaurant like this her and I will be reporting this to the BBB! Do not go here!!’

I ordered online as I always do.. I went in store to pick it up.. had to wait for it to be made.. had to ask for my drink… when I get home no chips in my bag and I open my sandwich and it’s literally lettuce and cheese. I just took 30 mins out of my day & paid $16 for no food. Sweet.
