Absolutely horrible! They are ALWAYS out of everything! They had nuggets one time we went and we were told they wouldn't sell them to us just incase someone wanted a famous bowl?!?! It was for my child but apparently first come first serve isn't a thing anymore! They employees are rude! If I could rate zero I would definitely! I'll make the drive across town to the other one, atleast the manager and employees are nice as hell and try to do anything to help , fix or make up if they dont have something else!

Very bad they accuse me of scamming trying to get free chicken and that's not true at all you need to talk to your supervisor over there accusing people of doing something when they haven't done it at all... very rude workers will never visit that one again.

I placed a pickup order an hour and a half in advance. The app stated the order was being prepared 45 minutes before the scheduled pick-up. When I arrived, not only was the order not ready, it took almost 10 minutes before I was addressed, and the order was not even started. It would have taken the same amount of time if I just went through the drive-thru. The quality of the chicken was sub-par, the biscuits were tough and dry. I will not be going back to this establishment.

So disappointed wow……. every time I come here I spend at least 40 to 55 and I use door dash and Uber eats as well……I have a huge family and I have to order a lot and we all know everything is high price right nowMy food is always old tasting and not the right temperature…….I have brought my order back before and they did try to fix it with a not so nice attitude…..but the last time I went in which was yesterday I sat there in the line waiting for my order……. the MANAGER was extremely loud the minute I walked through the door telling one of the crew members… “you have to get up and help or clock out bro” and then she told me it would be a 7 min wait……. which end up being like 16 min but she coughed right in her hand that didn’t have a glove on it…..she only had one glove on to begin with I was just totally turned off definitely giving KFC A BAD NAME TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
