Gotta love ordering a pizza online, getting an email that it was ready to be picked up just to go inside to get it to find out that they sold it. They sold my pizza to someone else and made me wait 20 more minutes to my pizza. Very poorly managed place. Stay away.

If you have trouble walking take a wheelchair a big place for walking.And they do have up front parking for handicap.We saw the Butterfly's and it cost 20.00 a person a little bit for butterflies.and nothing else to see.

There we are two hairs in my food the pizza and I wanted extra parm and butter on my breadsticks and the guy was literally covered in oil and licking his bare fingers when he came to the window to get the money from us. Didn't touch the food which was right prior to finding two gray short animal or public sized hair in the pizza when spreading the spLices to get a bite. So disappointing because I'm an avid little ceaser breadstick fan and is pretty upsetting.Dietary restrictions: Not wearing gloves when adding extra butter and parm hair in the pizza has no hairnet on head was very friendly just not clean

Ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza.. they didn't have any cheese pizzas ready. They asked me to wait 15 minutes,which I did. Came through 15 minutes later.. paid and went home. They gave me TWO pepperoni pizzas instead of 1 pep and 1 cheese. I call.. and am told " Ma'am, I don't know what to tell you. This is the standard of customer service. I didn't call to scam a pizza... I called with a legit complaint and this is how they handled it.

Very disappointed! Shame on whoever put the burned bread sticks in the bag and allowed those to go out! Service wasn’t bad, but then got all the way home, and the bread sticks were burnt!
