Google brought up that I visited this place and asked me for a review. I was on the road and needed to use the restroom and get coffee. It's too bad that McDonald's changed their coffee many years ago and it's not very good anymore. I personally would not eat much of anything at McDonald's. The food is pretty gross! This is not a bad review for this location because I think they did it as well as McDonald's can. If you're into McDonald's then I give them five stars

Went to drive thru and ask for McDonald’s my way with fresh fries and did not get fresh fries. There was no soda at all and it was 45 mins before closing and I gave him a coupon deal that he did not take off my order. Night crew sucks but morning crew is on point. Fire and replace night staff they definitely don’t care about customer service.

We always purchase two double filet of fish sandwiches and two large fries.Today the fish filets were just dark, discolored, oozing with grease, and looked as if they had been microwaved more than once, and leftover from at least the previous day. The fries were hard, old, and dried out. We threw out both meals. So disappointed!!! If they can't serve fresh food, they shouldn't be in business. We'll go to the B Drive or Columbia Ave. next time.

I got my food quickly through the drive through, but I gotta admit: it's rare that I unwrap a cheeseburger and don't want it, but today it definitely looked like it had been sitting under the hot lamp for HOURS. It didn't smell right. It looked dried out and the onions looked halfway to maggots.McDonald's became famous for their instant service, but it seems if you want a quality cheeseburger from McDonald's, you have to order it made fresh, and it just isn't gonna be fast food at that point.The absurd price hikes haven't helped. McDonald's isn't a value restaurant anymore, and the cost, factored with the quality and quantity of food you get put McDonald's right at the bottom of the restaurant food chain.
The service was terrible, my husband and I wanted to place our order at the counter and we apparently made the staff mad, there was no smile, no can I help and no thank you even though we both told them thank you and have a nice day. Our food was brought to the table and put down without the fries to one meal, we had to ask for them and was once gin treated very rudely. No stars for this facility.

I ordered at the Kiosk in the lobby. Took them 18 min to get my food to me. Then a drink machine was being fixed next to plastic cups with sparks flying everywhere. Y'all need to figure out a better time to have things fixed as well as
