They have a large menu with a lot of great options. You can't go wrong. The pizza is delicious and the Italian sub is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and care about the presentation of the food as well.

I went in for the first time yesterday and got me a sandwich and my son Mac and cheese. My sandwich was good but my son ended up throwing up the Mac and cheese bc it went bad. I just got off the phone and the lady didn’t even offer a refund or anything she just said sorry and have a good weekend… I was up till 2am bc my 19 month old was throwing up their food and all I got was a sorry….

Great food for the price. I'd put them up against any other sub shop / sandwich

The sandwiches are wonderful. Well made with lots of food. 1 large is often a meal for two in my family. Pizza is good. They have several inventive combinations. We have not tried them all, but the ones we have had we enjoyed.

Goguac location.... Eh.... The food could be really good. And they give you huge portions. But, my order is messed up half the time. One day even the owner forgot to put bacon on my panini. I've had my panini given to me straight black/burned. They have put stuff on I asked them not to. The croutons in the grab n go salads are usually hard as a rock. The 50 percent of time they get it right, it's really good. Also, beware of the pastas in the cooler. They are usually expiring that day and have already been sitting there 6 days. One today was packaged on the 14th and expired on the 20th. Today is the 27th. Lol they need some serious quality control

Un-professional and rude! We are gluten-free, it’s a food allergy and everywhere we go we made sure and to let the server knows or we don’t go in. We don’t eat processed food. The owner lady in her forty’s about 5’4’’ tall brown hair took our order and recommended the supreme and the McGoniles, which we can’t eat. How silly. We decided on the margaritas with three added ingredients; feta cheese, mushrooms & spinach. 15 minutes later she made a regular crust 16’ pizza then reassured us in a loud arguing voice that she is right after I let her know. I kept my mouth shut after that. I’m won’t eat there ever again. Didn’t offer to remake the pizza. Didn’t apologize. Bad resolution. The behavior is unprofessional. I am an easily agreeable person, super non-confrontational and don’t ever leave review unless it’s absurd and overly rude. This is the case. I just hope that she is more careful because food allergy causes severe gut problems and/or stomach pain. She didn’t give us a receipt but asked us for our receipt then abruptly threw a $20 bill saying the $20 is overcompensating us. I’m just want people to be more aware!

I tried this place for the first time today since it has changed from Kim and Lynn's. staff was nice and friendly. I tried the wings and the reuben panini. The wings are comparable, should have said well done. The reuban however... it was so chewy and hard to bite into. Every layer and bite of the meat. Couldn't even eat it. I was so excited. Huge let down. Hopefully try something soon.

This was an enormous sandwich with enormous flavor! I visited the deli location at 842 Goguac Street in Springfield. The service was very friendly and timely. The shop was clean and tidy and you can watch your sandwich being assembled. I was impressed with the bread. It was high quality and fresh. The meats and veggies were fresh and the cheeses were delicious deli quality. I have nothing negative to say. Yes, the sandwich was cold but a sandwich this huge would not fair well in an oven or microwave. I will definitely make this a regular spot. If you are looking for a good sub shop, McGonigle's is it! Lastly, the photo I shared is only half of this monster of goodness! Good food!

I ordered a veggie pizza and my box was soaked in grease, the cheese was super greasy. Not sure I would return.
