They sent me the wrong pizza the first time with no bread on my order. I cancelled the order and they still delivered the pizza I took everything back and requested my money back this was on March 16th.They told me my money would be refunded and it is now April 11 with NO return of my purchase.Very disappointed with this Papa John’s in Battle Creek.Will NEVER order from them again!!

The pizza was so nasty. Half of the pizza didn't have anything on it. I ordered bacon, mushrooms, and onions. There was no bacon and very little cheese on my pizza. OMG, the sause was horrible. Papa John's was my favorite for years. They had the best pizza. I will never ever order another pizza from them again. I'm done!

Service was speedy, but quality went out the window. Ordered one "the works" in a stuffed crust and when it came by it was pretty soggy almost soupy. Slightly undercooked. If your gonna order from here be sure to put well done in your order.

Been ordering here for years now. Never had an issue. Door dash driver said he argued with them at the store that he was supposed bring my cheesesticks. They sent him without them. Also this is how I got the pizza. Come on guys for real? I always tip good. Literally had me paying $27 for a single pizza. Good thing the driver told me just give him $10. You guys cut into his tip AND left us hungry.
This is the first time in a long while that I bought a Papa John's pizza. I purchased the Calzone pizza and was not impressed. The pizza itself had hardly any cheese on it, and I only ordered mushrooms as my topping and found very little of them. The cheese in the crust had no flavor as well. I will not be getting Papa John's pizza again. I will stick with local Mom and Pops pizza's.

Placed a take out order on 12/29/2023 and waited for it. Service at the counter needs work, seems like its a play house instead of a business being run. The 14 inch pizza was ok, is it worth 22 bucks? The lobby area is very dirty and nasty and needs cleaned. This store has gone down hill over the years.

Place is ran by a bunch of literal children. The "manager" here is extremely nonchalant about following any store policy, like basic handwashing. Last and final order I'll ever place was screwed up, twice. Watched our order be made by someone who did NOT clean their hands and did NOT use gloves - promptly asked if they could actually WASH THEIR HANDS before touching my food, and got met with attitude. Also why is dough literally never cooked all the way? I'm going to guess it's from them not cleaning ovens. Let's just say I know how things are ran at this establishment from prior personal experience, it's no surprise their business practices have gotten this bad. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. Pretty sure your store manager was also smoking dope before coming up to see why I had come back with my food for a second time and then laughed when I told them it was wrong.
