Worst freaking Pizza Hut ever. Ordered extra sauce and extra cheese. Barely any on that pizza. They also couldn't be bothered to cut it. Second pizza that had toppings, barely had any. Cheese bread was totally burned. We spent 50 bucks. Come on.

Don't order from here they rip you off say they can't refund your money, I ordered off the app for delivery and left a tip for driver and waited come to find out I have to pick it up,Lady on the phone wasn't professional at all no help wanted to charge me another 4.50$ for delivery, I pick it up and they can't refund the tip for the driver imagine that SMH I'm never ordering from here again!!

Not the best place to work for $12.00 an hour. The nightshift managers treat new employees like slaves, as well as some customers. They put all of the work on one person, so that way if anything doesn't get done properly, they have someone to blame, and gossip about. I've seen my fair share of dirt that goes on behind the counter. I've seen the Managers cook multiple large pizzas, bread sticks and chicken wings and give out to people who are "homeless" and then blame someone else for something to get the heat off themselves. All in all, I could go the route with a lawsuit, but I'm not even going to be that petty!

I got the worst tasteless pizza in my life seriously! Don’t get a stuffed crust. I actually just threw it in the trash. It was that Bad!!!
They ran out of dough packs for large pan pizzas, so they gave me two deluxe medium pan pizzas. ?

The food and staff was incredible! Everything I got food wise was great. Everything was cooked perfectly and didn't take long for my order to be done. And the staff was so helpful and very upbeat and made my hole experience at that location wonderful. Would definitely recommend anyone to start coming to this location if they don't already. Just on the staff alone besides the fact that the food is always fantastic and if they do mess up your order up because you know we all do make mistakes at times we are all human they definitely make it right by offering you and dessert or something to make it right. The mangers I have had the pleasure of meeting were amazing people. Felix and Dawn are incredible people! Pizza hut is definitely lucky to have them as part of their team!
Just recently moved here from out of state and this has been the closest place to walking distance I have been eating here a lot lately their customer service is great and kind. In the new younger man that is working up there recently, is the most upright respectful he was very polite on the phone explained to me to please have patience because he was just starting he was quick to get everything I needed once I got there and held a smile on his face. I wish more customer service people would be like this.
Its was ok but the meal deals should have some buy something and get another one free or 2 other things to choose for the free option. This place can be quite expensive and good regular customers need that once in a while.

I ordered my son chicken wings along with cherry Pepsi, and root beer since he was home sick from school. They substituted the two pops for one diet Pepsi 2 Liter. When I got home, I noticed the problem and tried to call to correct it. Their phone system is sent out to some third-party answering service. When I clicked the button to speak about problems with my order, the number three on the keypad. It goes silent, and then eventually hangs up on you. So I physically went to the Pizza Hut where I was spoken to like I was stupid by a driver and the manager, because I was supposed to know somehow that all they had in stock was diet Pepsi. There was no message on the app, text, or phone call to ask about replacement. They wrote my name down on a piece of paper for a free pop next time. Which I’m sure will end up in the trash when they do their clean up at end of shift.
