Had two meatball subs the bread was fresh. It was really good. The restaurant is in a gas station. And the atmosphere was good. It's been remodeled and it has some cozy places to sit.

I really like Subway and order via the app to pick up on my way home from work. This Subway has NEVER even started my order regardless of when I ordered and paid to pick it up. I have to wait in line to let them know I’ve preordered and prepaid. They make a statement about being busy and they have to find the order and then mine gets placed at the end of the line for preparation even though I’ve typically ordered and paid 30 min prior. And they act like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering ahead. Even though this is my closest subway, it is more time efficient to order at a different subway a little farther out that is able to manage orders placed ahead and have better customer service. Avoid this Subway if you can.

So I drove from the Dickman road Subway to the one in Urbandale and they're an hour behind as well I don't know if they're all owned by the same company or every Subway in this town is incompetent

I order my sandwich not toasted online and try to have it delivered 4 different times and every single time they toast it. I do not understand why they can’t just follow the instructions they have a section specifically asking if you want it to be toasted or not so what is the point? I tried to call them 4 times and the phone doesn’t work I guess it won’t even ring. I made a complaint on the official website cause I can’t contact anyone else and I don’t have the time to go into the store, I was ordering this for my lunch before work and they ruined the sandwich.

I will post pictures because I'm on the way to a football scrimmage and you will see the footlong sandwich that I got that was totally uneatable was supposed to have it's number 15 on their menu specifically says double meat double cheese I ordered spinach on it no spinach extra mayo no mayo no onions I tried calling the store of course they're not answering their phone probably have too many complaints coming in I will explain oh and the sandwiches were buy one get one free I only got one the other one was not free I will be calling the store tomorrow to talk to the manager or I will go above their head if they don't make

Ordered online twice now and sandwiches are never made to specifications, you pay for premium extra ingredients, especially the fresh mozzarella, and never receive it. Selected fresh mozzarella with the upcharge, it’s missing despite being charged. They didn’t give my dasher the bag of chips I ordered. Selected extra red onion light lettuce, I got light onion with a TON of tomato. Out $$$ for the missing chips, missing cheese, and overall it’s a waste for poorly made food.

Probably the worst subway in town bunch of young people working there that act like they don't even want to do their job. Never going there again, I advise everyone else not to either. No customer service skills whatsoever!!! They do whatever they want in there I guess.??♂️
