It's a simple, small family restaurant with good Mexican food, my son took us there and goes often. I went to Battle Creek twice in the same week and we ate there, we ordered 3 different dishes and we liked it, there was nothing left ?.

Ordered frozen margaritas instead of telling us they didn’t have frozen ones they brought out ones that were not frozen so full of liquor we could not drink them. They were gross. My niece ordered a sprite. It tasted like water when we questioned the server about it she said oh they’re probably out of syrup. She didn’t offer to replace it until we asked to have it replaced. We all ordered the lunch platters with two different items. Nobody finished any of their food. It was gross will never return there.

The food was incredible! I absolutely loved the humongous burrito I got that I can't remember the name of what it had shrimp, chicken, steak and all the vegetables in it and chorizo. My husband said his food was incredible also. The waiter could have been more attentive because we ran out of Pop and never received a refill but the food was really good.
This is the second time I’ve order the nachos trio to go and there is no cheese sauce on it. Everytime I order this inside the restaurant it has cheese sauce on it. Why is it different when it’s to go?!?

The atmosphere was great. I loved the deep fried chips and salsa. This is a ground beef chimichanga. It was served very hot, which I appreciate. I would've liked it to be served with more sour cream and tomatoes. I didn't ask for more. The refried beans and rice were a little bland. We will definitely go back again.

If you're an actual Mexican food lover looking for Mexican DO NOT go to this place, the chips and salsa starting off was not great. I got the guacamole to substitute for the salsa and turns out it's just as gross as you can taste is onions, I ordered the carne asada dinner the stake was the only thing that was good the rice came out hard and dry, my daughter got only rice and it was hard and dry like mine. He brought a new place and you can see the difference between the rice, I couldn't even finish my food. They're chips are in a big trash bin and he uses his bare to take some out and place them in the chip baskets , I would never and I mean never eat there again.
