We. Love. This. Place. We probably eat here once a month. We have never had bad service or food. I always day I'm going to try something new on the menu but the hibatchi is so good I order it time & again.
Disappointed. I got medium spice for the noodles and it was extremely spicy covered in chili flakes to the point I kept getting them stuck in my teeth it tasted horrible. Spicy tuna roll looks like it was made by someone who hates their job didn't even touch it cause it looked rancid. Sad cause this is my third time here and I usually love it but seems like it's going downhill

The service was fast and friendly. I had trouble making up my mind with all of the tasty choices on the menu, but my server was able to guide me to what is popular. I also told the server what I was looking for flavor wise and she was able to guide me to a very excellent choice. The food came quick, it was hot and tasty. I’ve had trouble at some Asian restaurants with my stomach getting upset by the food, but this food didn’t bother my stomach one bit!! We got a good amount of food for the price.I had the TriCity Roll + crab cheese rangoons, my boyfriend had the Mongolian chicken. Both were excellent (I sampled his too!)
Update-12/2023-Had Hibachi dinner with my spouse last night. Food has improved since we were there last. Service was good, and food was warmer than last time. If they bumped up the quality a bit more, I would come more often.The food leaves a lot to be desired recently, and the service was OK. The food seems to be made ahead of time and as cheaply as possible. Food isn't really hot. It looks like it's been sitting in a warmer for a while. The fried rice has virtually NO vegetables in it, soup was warm but hot, salad was warm. Salad dressing now comes in a container ON TOP of the salad (yuck). I was given the wrong dressing and by the time the waitress came with my dressing, the food was brought out. They should do better.

Doing DoorDash.. waited ten minutes before the app said it was rdy itself, I asked the red head counter girl and she was rly rude a wouldn’t check the back for the order. Was waiting over twenty minutes for a DOORDASH pick up an no one else was around to ask or even talk to.

This is my all time favorite restaurant. The hibachi is always amazing and 9 out of 10 times they bring your food and soup when it’s still piping hot. The servers here are always super friendly and take great care of you, asking if you need anything extra and attending to you quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really nice, the music they play is new upbeat songs and it puts me in a good mood. Only bad thing about this place is that it can be busy, and there isn’t a ton of space there, so it’s best to go to during the week.

Little restaurant in a strip mall across from the bay city mall. Not the fanciest place but the food is good. Typical hibachi style food so nothing that stands out. They are very fast and the service is good. Prices are very reasonable.
