If they mess up your pizza, they may or may not honor a redo. When trying to use up a redo from their mistake (nbd) it wasnt in the computer as I was informed it would be. Workers said sometimes the "manager forgets to put them in [the computer] so", if someone forgot to sauce up your pizza, your stuck paying for it. Full disclosure.

Our order came really fast. But there was a mix up about sauces and when I called and asked if I could come pick it up they put the driver on the phone and she became quite rude. And it wasn't even worth it for a sauce cup.

Just ordered 2 medium pizzas and WOW! They arrived in 15 minutes piping hot and seriously was probably the best pizza I've ever had. Kudos!
I live 5 minutes away and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to even leave the store. I could’ve made my own pizza from scratch in that time period. I’ve never even left a review before, but that long is bewildering.

Very disappointing. I ordered a pizza to my hotel room. I left my room number and phone number. I saw the tracker "arrive" at the hotel. I saw the driver pull in and get out with the food. My pizza did not arrive. I saw the driver leave. I checked the front desk and still nothing. I submitted a "pizza insurance" comment so I could not be charged for food I did not get. I left to get food since I am still hungry, and saw a pizza on the ground in front of a different room. Room numbers got transposed. I get it! Likely even my fault! I was reluctant to open the box because it may not have been mine but seemed very likely. It was mine. I ate, then called the store to reference the fact that I had submitted a claim to corp to get my money back and add a tip for the driver that brought the food. I spoke both to the driver and the manager and neither had ANY interest in why I was actually calling them. All I got was "it said room ### so that is where I left it." Also remember that I did leave my phone number! To be VERY clear, I was not at all upset that my food went to the wrong room, as I stated, it was likely my fault! The combative attitude from both employees I spoke with was riduculous! I was trying to do the right thing and they would not let me speak. Last, the process of trying to speak to an actual person at their corp office is absolutely impossible. I will no longer do business with this restaurant. Their food is great so I hope nobody else has an experience like mine and can continue to enjoy the product.
