Had a party of 6 Friday night, our server, shorter female with glasses was a bit rude. We felt very rushed and politely told her that we were missing a dipping sauce, but then she snapped at us and said that she was waiting for more to be made. (Da**, don’t want to publicly blast her name).(But she never mentioned that to us previously about the sauce) only then to admit that she forgot to ring in one of the spears so that’s why it was missing. That stuff happens, but she could have handled it better. Overall wasn’t a pleasant experience with her.

Easily my favorite restaurant! I've never once been dissatisfied with any of the food from G's Pizzeria, which might be because I always get the same meal (pizza pocket and bread spears), but the few other items I've tried have been equally delicious. In my experience, the service is always wonderful, and the few times it wasn't was due to my own awkwardness. It also has a very cozy and warm atmosphere, and the arrangement of seats hits a perfect sweet spot where I don't feel exposed to the whole restaurant while I sit, but I also don't feel closed off.

I only ordered a basket of fries and 2 ranches… I paid $8 and I waited 50 mins. The woman on the phone was rude but that was what ever, sometimes people sound rude when busy. She told me 15 mins and I came inside about 13 mins later. Waited another 40 mins and by the time she finally grabbed my order she said “here you go, straight out of the fryer”. They were overcooked and I got like 15 fries… I never complain about restaurants as I know how it is in that industry but how do you let someone sit there for 50 mins and hardly even give them any food for $8 and an attitude and expect the person to be happy about it. Especially when they weren’t even that busy after I sat there for 30 mins. The restaurant is usually great but never ever doing pick up again.

Updated 2024: they got rid of create your own pasta options, which is the only reason I came here weekly for 8 years. No more Cajun Alfredo. Super disappointing. Still a good place to eat but no longer a favorite. Thanks for the memories G's.Original 2018:Order food here weekly. Delivery drivers and ladies inside are always wonderful. Foods the best. Cajun Alfredo pasta is unbeatable. Prices are reasonable. My favorite place to eat in the tri city area.

We ordered pockets for the first time last night and neither came with cheese. We ordered late so we waited till the morning to call (as we weren't going to drive back out so late) and asked about it and they said they were made wrong but wouldn't replace them since we ordered last night. We still had leftovers to prove it but I guess that didn't matter. They don't seem to stand by their products and they weren't very tasty given the circumstance. The mozzarella bread was good.

I just ordered from G's, large pizza, cheese bread, and a chief salad. None of my sauces or dressing was included. Chief salad was for me for work, now I'm at work with a dry salad. When I called to notify them put on hold for a manager and got hung up on. They do have my phone number, with no call back or acknowledgement.

Used to love this place. Ordered last night for pizza online. Said 60 minutes. Called at 70 minutes and was talked to like we were stupid. Said hour and a half they were busy. No problem. After hour and 45 the food came and it was completely cold.I get it gets busy. Does busy mean cold pizza and rudeness? Why would you send a cold pizza?
