This was only my 2nd time in and first time actually getting anything and I know anytime I'm driving through Bay City I'm probably going to stop in now! The orange cardamom latte was delectable, the staff was super personable and very nice, and the atmosphere was just as chill as it felt like it should be. Can't recommend it enough.

Absolutely shitty customer service today. Very upset. My car was overheating as coming over the bridge. It stopped there to use the bathroom. Simply out some water in my own container and the guy Jaren tell me I need to buy something n we xt time if I want to use the bathroom like a total jerk. Like who does that. I needed help man not attitude. I have been a customer many times . I guarantee you never again will I spend a dollar there and I suggest the same for you all.

We found this place during our wanderings while staying nearby due to holiday travel. Once we found it, we went back every day until we sadly had to leave to go home. They make their own syrup! I will be searching for some version of the orange cardamom latte until we come back.

My first time over at the coffee shop. More than once for my boyfriend, as he suggested the place.We ordered waffles and a cookie, with 2 coffees.Waffles, from the picture was amazing, and the fact we were seated at the window booth, made the evening so much cozier.This cafe is a must in Bay City!

I ordered an iced white chocolate Americano with oat milk and really enjoyed it. The shop has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was meeting with an event planner and Harless + Hugh was the perfect environment for this kind of interaction.

Every time we travel to Bay City to see family, we stop at least twice at Harless + Hugh for coffees and/or breakfast. We've tried about half the menu so far, and everything we have had had been terrific. I wish I'd have thought to take photos! The food is as beautiful as it is nourishing.

Harless & Hugh is a Bay City "must". The menu is thoughtfully created and beautifully crafted, the atmosphere is inspiring and calming, and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive...it always feels SO good to be here.

In my opinion, this is the best coffee shop in town. I've tried what appears to be the top, few coffee shops, but I would say this one is the best. The flavors are perfect and the presentations are perfect. Especially since I use almond milk, which tends to be a little harder on the presentation then cow milk. The vibes are relaxing and calm. Lots of seating. Indoor and outdoor seating. They have outdoor seating in the front of the building and in the back. The staff is friendly and engaging. A lot of great vibes here and great coffee.They also carry amazing baked goods from a local bakery shop. Chocolate, croissants, cheese, croissants, almond croissants, sticky buns, etc..
