The pizza , service, and quality are always amazing. But i have have to say the mobile app is absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever seen. Half the time it changes for delivery to pickup when i sign in and you don’t accept Apple Pay or allow me to save payment info. I can’t tell you how many times i want jets. But order dominos because my wallet is at home or in the car and i need payment info in hand. A few updates to bring you up to the year 2024 and you’ll be perfect.

Nothing but kids working and screwing around while no one is making food. Missing items on the order and from what it seemed, no attempt to get it made. Over 15 minutes waiting for food that was supposed to be done within a few minutes of arriving. ?

Pizza is always delicious, however even though I order online, my order gets mixed up. Ordered ham on 1/2 pizza, got no ham. Ordered sausage on 1/2 pizza, got it on all the pizza. Might seem like something not to complain about, however, now two people got the wrong pizza, because I ordered half for me, half for a friend

Jet's used to be my favorite pizza place to eat. Ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza for my birthday dinner from the Bay City, Michigan store. It was inedible. The crust was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were sparse and dry and it was like trying to eat a leather belt. 20 bucks down the drain. Ended up getting a 6 dollar Hot and Ready just to have something to eat. Reached out to Jet's about my experience over a week ago and never got a response. I won't be going there again.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. We found a bug Baked into the crust of our pizza. When we called to tell them, they told us that "well that's not possible. We don't have bugs in our kitchen so..."Basically placing the blame on us for having a BUG. BAKED. into our pizza. He was not friendly at all. Said he wasn't sure what we wanted them to do about it. We finally received a refund after retelling about the bug and telling them we would bring it back to show them. Do not recommend.
