The location on Wilder in the location on North Euclid avenue in Bay City. Have wonderful employees and I never have any issues when I go there. Just got home, my order is messed up for at least the 3rd time in a row. Next time I come in, you will know it's me because I will condescendingly open every single item up on the counter in front of the employees to ensure they are literate and can make the order correctly. I wouldn't be so frustrated if I hadn't watched the employees stand around & socialize for several minutes after I had paid and before they had started my meal, not only that, but they made sure to make some pancakes for themselves in that time! As a franchise, I understand there's a lower standard for quality and that shows at this location without a doubt. Maybe I should just order pancakes next time instead of the Big Mac, maybe they can get that right.
