I go to this McDonald's frequently. I ordered a sausage mc muffin to go as I usually do and only once was the English Muffin black to the point I could not and would not eat it. Other than that time, I have enjoyed my orders completely!!

Long line, didn't wait too long but many people left because the drive thru was long. They should open in store pick up orders and walk up orders to balance this because they have a super small driveway at this restaurant. The food was great, I love mcdonald's, but they only offered 3 bbq for a 20 pc nugget which is REDICULOUS. It should be at least 6 for each 10 pc. 1 bbq is enough for like 2 to 3 nuggets. 3 for 20 is just cheap. But nice window people, the speaker person just said "I can give you 1 more" but the window person threw in extra and she was very polite. The speaker person was nice and not rude which is great and they took the order pretty quick. Great place apart from them being cheap with condiments. Which is why they got 4 star's.

Although the vehicle maneuverability was limited everything ran smooth I left my drink and they were able to wave me to get to my attention and hand delivered the rest of my order. ?

Every single time I come to this place something is always forgotten in my bag normally I just let it go but this time today we ordered nuggets and chicken sandwiches with ranch but they still don't put Ranch on your sandwich so you have to get it on the side so we asked for ranch there was no Ranch at all so I set my son back in to get some ranch and the two fries we noticed was missing my son comes back with one Ranch for all of that and the two fries and then I notice I take everything else out of the bag and are 10 pieces missing as well and his other chicken sandwich we ordered was missing the cheese we paid for last so I decide to go back through the drive-thru again they said that they never even added those items to my stuff so they'll have to recharge me even though on my receipt that definitely showed the 10-piece for sure but apparently they didn't charge me for the two small fries so I carried on to tell her that this is ridiculous I just sat through this long line again a second time because they messed up the order and forgot stuff in my bed so the least they could do is not try to charge me for the two fries they were now trying to charge me for that is such bad customer service I shouldn't have to go through a line and wait for 10 cars ahead of me a second time with screaming kids in the backseat just because they forgot food that is absolutely ridiculous like I said I normally just let it go but because there was so many items missing and I had to turn around and go again it's crazy how ignorant and rude these people were
