Awesome Food quality and really nice worker's, 90% of the time I come in the whole experience is 10/10 but for that other 10% is the drive-thru and my experience with the drive-thru isn't great I've gone though 3 times and 2 of those times my order was wrong but besides that, this restaurant chain is great. I highly recommend dining in.

$25 for a sandwich, small soup, and small mac and cheese, no drink. I asked for my sandwich to be cut and was told there was a knife on my plate. It took me 15 minutes to cut through the hard bread with that plastic knife. Never again.

Frequent this place 2 or 3 times a week. I cannot remember the last time my order was not messed up, incomplete, or lacking silverware. (Always order to go). Last week i received the wrong soup one day and got no bagette the day after. Today, I received no silver ware or napkins. It not being the first time this has happened, I asked the lady who prepared my food if silverware was in the bag and she said yes. i get to my office and there are no silverware or napkins. I had to drink my soup and eat my salad with my hands.... Not Happy. I like the food but I cannot stand the terrible service. Numerous times I have stood in line to order for minutes because no one was taking orders. I walk to the prep window and see all the employees messing around and had to tell them there are customers in line waiting to order. Will find a new place to spend my money on lunch. I will not step foot back into establishment until the service is fixed

Food is always good and prepared crazy fast! Sometimes an order gets messed up which happens everywhere but they are always so nice and helpful fixing it! Very friendly service. It's also not overpriced at all. It costs me much more at other "popular chains" and the food is terrible. Get the app and you can earn rewards and discounts on food all the time.

I went in to do some work this past week and it was an extremely clean with really nice staff. The food was really good and it came out pretty fast considering how busy it was in there. I had a small issue with my sandwich having slightly different ingredients that I asked for but the manager there (Kelsey) was extremely nice and got it all fixed for me. I could tell that she actually cared and wanted to make it right which is rare for this type of industry. I'll be coming back again!

Why is the bread so HARD? The outer crust is similar to the river rocks in the landscape beds outside! With bread right in their name, you would think that they would have decent bread?!?
Loved the soup, lettuce wasn't fresh on my sandwich. And they call your name to pick up your order.

Really good food but occasionally don’t make food correctly - it’s only happened twice but the girl at the window the one time argued with me that it was correct even though there was no sauce on my sandwich when I ordered it with extra. Stuff happens!Still great food & otherwise friendly staff. I love coming here!
