Woah ? ! First impressions::: this place actually serves food they would eat ?The food was carefully made as in it wasn't all messy, the broccoli was blended in the soup, the layers of the wrap were perfectly created it was very noticable.Atmosphere is great, large seating area.Clean, not dusty, no trash and guck on tables.Staff was helpful and friendly. This is a place we will definitely be coming back too. Tons of sandwich options and a whole soup table filled with different flavors**Update. I went into this location at with 40 mins until close. All employees were rude. And not helpful. Maybe get employees that want to close. There was still a lot of time for customer service ?

My partner had a takeout order Saturday that was incorrect. I called after they arrived home with the incorrect fulfillment. I was told that I could come back and get the correct item. I went in today and was treated like a criminal about it because the name was not written down. I waited and waited over a cup a soup. I was told “let me text someone”. When handed it, it was a “here ya go”, no sorry. So why was my name not on the list? That was two consecutive mess-ups. I was gonna order more while I was there, but I will not be spending money at an establishment with that customer service.

Great spot for a quick lunch! Was very impressed by the selection of soups, sandwiches and salads. Much more affordable than Panera and better taste. Wish I would have tried it sooner. My favs are the lobster bisque and butternut squash soup, Gorgonzola salad and the chicken bacon ranch wrap.

Food was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had the prime rib sandwich and I would go back just for that! Tried the stuffed pepper soup, it was good. Hubs had the BLT and liked it, had the potato soup, which was yummmmm. We bought lobster bisque and chicken pot pie soup to try later, because they looked good. We will go back.

I’ve been in a few times they have good food but the last time I came in it was a Saturday and they had one person working at around 5 pm, so peak dinner time, I felt so bad for the kid. I know this is not normal for them, clearly some people quit and the owners would not come to the rescue, one of the workers told me on a separate occasion “I treat the owners like they don’t exist because they are never here” that is fowl to hear about a business.

Service was great. Food was good but way too expensive . Almost $30 for soup and salad and a chicken wrap. If eating inside, bring a sweater it was freezing.

Super basic set up. The colors used throughout the dining room are not appealing. The logo looks so 90s. Food is pretty good. Staff is friendly. Did not like the Caesar Wrap as it was super shredded, it was more like tuna. They also gave me a side of ranch with it which was weird. Should have been extra Caesar dressing if anything.

This was quite the surprise. A restaurant with lots of parking, in Bay City MI. It's more than soup. Many choices of soups, about 12-20 choices actually. They also have very good sandwiches for purchase, with lunch or dinner choices of soup and sandwiches with either half sizes for each or whole sizes. The sandwiches are mostly served on a type of pita bread and you can ask for toasted if you'd like. I've had the Lobster Chowder, Tomato Basil, and the Potato Chowder and they have been delicious !! The Smoked Turkey/Swis and Southwest Turkey and they were great!! They have available many fountain drinks and coffee or water available for purchase as well. Service was fast as you order from one area and pay and then take a seat or wait for take out. They call out your name and you pick up your order at another area, where your food is on a serving tray. Easy to order ahead for take outs as well. If you want a quick dinner or lunch this is the place. $$ I do recommend this restaurant.

The facility, located at the corner of a strip-mall area, is clean and well-maintained. Our server, Savannah, was friendly; and efficient in processing our take-out order. There were several tempting soups from which to choose. We selected the chicken pot pie soup and were very pleased with the choice. It was one of the best chicken pot pie soups we've had in quite some time. The separately provided crust crumbles, really enhanced the taste; and created the effect of eating a very flavorful chicken pot pie. We look forward to a return visit, so we can try more of their offerings.
