Whoever is working on April 4th at 7pm need to get fired. Both the male and female who got mad that my online order was incorrect. When I attempted to call back I was told there wasn't anything they could do, and hung up on me, twice. I called back and asked for a general manager and was told to figure it out myself and they hung up on me again. I work in the service industry myself and this was disgusting.

Very uncomfortable as the employees seemed to be on drugs........ took 40 minutes to get 1 sub and I was the only one in the restaurant. Austin was my submaker, Dec 1st, 7 pm. he NEEDS TO BE FIRED nodding off during work and very rude.

Great food here.Friendly staff, great timely service.I don't get extra meat or extra cheese or extra toppings.And yet it has become a bit too pricey for what I usually get.I remember when you could get a foot long for $5.Now it's like $14-$15.

Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight at Subway. There was only one worker who has only been an employee for a week running the whole store. Employee had over (big) 5 online orders and 6 customers in store waiting to order. Another employee was not even scheduled until 6pm. Me and the other in store customers waited almost an hour for our food. Very disappointed.

Walked in, no acknowledgment at all. Waited for server to finish an online order…then the lady in front of us. At this point, been in for 20 minutes with two small children, one autistic. Finally our turn comes up and in walks a large group of people. DoorDash order, so instead of helping the people who had been IN THE STORE for more than 20 minutes…they take the DoorDash first. I’m livid. We walked out. Terrible terrible customer service.

Placed online order before work just to get a sandwich with slice cheese that was tore into many pieces and sprinkled over sandwiches and when I called and complained the employee Wendy was rude and said that’s how they’re cheese is right now before hanging up on me so instead of getting new product they’re just serving custs bad product. Didn’t bother to go get a refund to keep from having an altercation with a rude unprofessional employee. Wish I could give no stars
