I would give ZERO stars if that was possible. The manager, MELINDA, was extremely rude to me. She rolled her eyes, talked to me in a rude tone, and seemed visibly annoyed to be making my sandwich. The bread was hard as a rock and I am not even sure if she used the correct meats, it was NOT edible. Will NEVER go back to this location. Reading the reviews on here, maybe Melinda's manager needs to hire a NEW manager for this location. Sounds like MELINDA has a habit of being rude to people.

Awful service. Don’t use the drive through. I ordered a foot long All American club, and there was no meat on it. They made a vegetarian sandwich, not even close. The manager tried to make the excuse that it was because the speakers were “wonky”. Don’t bother with this store, find another and save yourself time, money and energy.

The thing that sets them apart is their staff, particularly Melinda. She’s extremely quick, super sweet, cares about her customers, and does the little things that make you come back. This fast food, people like that are what make the difference, and she is definitely why I’m a fairly regular customer.

Went in Friday night, Melinda waited on us. She sure knows how to make customers feel comfortable, NOT SHE WAS RUDE & IGNORANT, said if I want to order 4 subs or more call ahead. Told her 3 times extra meat and cheese well apparently she didn't listen. She was very rude when asked to have dressing on the side. I WONT BE STOPPING IN AGAIN
This is the best subway in Bay City in my own opinion. The service is fast, polite and professional. The ingredients and bread are always fresh and the store seems clean. I go to this subway exclusively now.

The music was so loud the 2 young girls working obviously could not hear me well because I kept having to ask for what I wanted on my sub 2 or 3 times then the girl acted annoyed by my presence & would only put a tiny bit of vegi's & sauce even when I asked for more or for a lot. I super disappointed because my sub ended up being gross because it was not made the way I wanted ! I'm disgusted by the entire situation. Smh
