I visited this restaurant and experienced incredibly rude behavior from the waitress/owner from the moment I walked in. Not only was I met with disrespect upon arrival, but I also witnessed her being condescending towards other customers who simply wanted a coffee. Not the first time I’ve been here either but today enough was enough. When we decided to leave due to the unpleasant atmosphere, she went as far as calling me rude as I exited. Despite bringing a group of six customers to her establishment, we were treated poorly without cause. It's important for others to be aware of the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior exhibited by the waitress/owner at this establishment. Steer clear of this nightmare of a restaurant.

I would not recommend. The waitress was very rude to customers. Not just me but all customers that were there. She actually degraded my intelligence because I wasn't sure which table she was demanding (in a rude manner) us to sit at. I actually called her out and asked if she spoke to all of her customers that way, in which she said, yes, she does indeed talk to all of her customers like that. The food was not great either. Our omelette and hash browns were greasy and did not settle well. We will not be returning.

The owner was very nice. The food was absolutely incredible. I recommend the southern style eggs benedict. You wont regret it!!

This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here for breakfast because nobody else was open on a Saturday morning. What a lucky break for us. We shared a plate of food and still couldn't finish the huge portion we had. It was delicious but there was a lot there. A couple cups of coffee and we were off to start our day. Our server was friendly and likeable as well. 3 stars for Atmosphere because they need to invest in some seating and newer tables but overall we loved this place and will return.

First time going the other morning, the food was good but the waitress needs to check her customer service attitude. My fiance asked for an orange juice (which is on the menu) and she replied back with a snarky comment about how he should go get it from the grocery store himself. So he ordered a coffee thinking they didn't have it, she brought out both his coffee and juice. I asked if they had decaf coffee and she said she had to go make a fresh pot and really didnt want to, so I ordered regular just because she made me feel bad. They have a salmon bagel and cream cheese item on the menu so I asked if I could get a plain bagel and cream cheese and she said no that she would have to charge me the full price without the salmon so I ordered something else. The whole time sitting there hearing her conversations with all the other customers she was very rude. Definitely won't go back again.

Update: The food is still a solid 5 stars. It's the service and atmosphere that have gone negative. I think we went 3 times this years vacation. The first time they were very busy and they only had 2 waitresses working. The big problem is there were tables available, but they hadn't been cleaned. Of the 2 waitress one of them apparently refuses to clean. She'd stand around doing nothing between handling her tables walking right past dirty tables. The ither lady was trying, but she was very inefficient. She'd clean 1 thing off a table before getting distracted by something else. She'd then talk to a table for a couple of minutes before helping another table, and then 1 more item off the table. We waited almost 30 minutes for an available table. To top it off they have a fridge or something that is buzzing very loudly and is massively annoying. The next time we at least got seated in a few minutes, but there were still dirty tables. The 3rd time we got a different waitress and she was by far the best. The food is still excellent though, so still recommend. Overall the new rating is 3 stars, due to service and atmosphere. If it wasn't for the excellent food it would be a 2 star and an avoid recommendation. That being said I'll most likely be back next year.

I updated my review to downgrade to 1 star. After speaking with numerous family and friends, the service, one waitress in particular, is still treating patrons poorly. It seems this business doesn’t care. With other options in town, go elsewhere.I’ve tried this place multiple times with similar results. I won’t be back. There’s nothing wrong with the food. The service is horrible! I won’t be treated like an inconvenience and be expected to pay for it.

First time in Bellaire and stopped here after golfing for breakfast. One of the best I've had in a long time. Big portions. Waitress was super friendly and attentive. All of the food other patrons were getting looked amazing.

Good food and good service. Didn’t experience the unfriendly waitress others posted about. My waitress (Joann) was older, but she was very friendly and attentive. I had The Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. It came without bacon, as I requested, and it was good. It would’ve been even better if the hash browns were cooked more. I’d come here again if I’m in the area.
