One of the Worst drive thru experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I had not one but 5 cars be helped In the lane next to me while I was waiting. I had to tell the attendant my code for the app 3X because you could hear the other workers goofing off in the background. Once I finally paid and got to the window they told me to pull forward to spot #3 but gave the 5 cars that they let pass me their food. And now I’m late for a meeting. And the food was cold once I received it.

Every time I go to this location their Frappe machine is always down! I was told I can get you a hot coffee or iced coffee but that’s not what I ordered on the app!

One sandwich folded in half, one with condiments I didn't ask for. I suppose it'll help me eat better by avoiding it. They were OUT OF BIG MACS. It's McDonald's. Staff was nice though.

Slow service waited almost 15 minutes in line at the drive through with only 2 cars in front me.Just doesn't seem to get any better.

I enjoy McDonald's, but sometimes they tend to forget my extra salt.Dietary restrictions: They will take things off your sandwich, and even make entirely new patties for you if needed.Parking: There's a lot of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Kids are their main target, I assume.

They were a little slow as they were closing out the dine in area. Overall not bad for 2 people working hard to get food out. They got a little backed up but overall food eventually came out nice and hot and extra fries thrown in.

The staff is untrained in customer service. Someone who identified themselves as the "manager" kicked out my 91 year old father in rain- he road his tricycle to town and it started raining. Several staff members were coughing and my father wanted to talk to someone about their health policy. Instead, he was threatened with the police and kicked out in the rain. Nice work McDs. If your "manager" cannot handle the questions from a 91 year old, you need to offer more training or find someone else.

It’s McDonalds so the food quality is what you’d expect from McDonalds. The service however needs major work. The last two times they’ve gotten my order wrong. The last time was the worst: several customers in the drive thru brought their food back including me. Nothing worse than cold fries. And the order was wrong too. Thankfully, not returning is the healthier choice anyway. Guess I should thank them for that.
