I have been in hospitality all my life, live in Bellaire for years and have worked at the Lakeview restaurant. I took my almost 99 year old friend to Christmas dinner only to find a very busy and very understaffed Lakeview. Sat for 20 minutes plus before Sue greeted us. The buffet was very untidy and soup was cold. Chad, tending to the meat was a breath of fresh air in the middle of it all. For what we paid, we were both very disappointed to say the least, will not go back.
I have had bad experiences at this restaurant in the past. That said, The buffet on Christmas Eve had good food and the staff in every area were doing a great job. Hopefully this type of service sticks around. It's a very nice atmosphere.

We just went tonight for Valentine's Day dinner. Just was the best meal I've ever had up here! The only thing that could of topped everything was having a beautiful sunset. There just wasn't a sunset at all tonight.
