I drive out of my way to come to this location on my way to work 1-2 times per week. The people at the drive thru are always so friendly and welcoming. Today my drinks were not as they usually are. Spending $6 or more dollars on the same drink for them to not be the same is disappointing. The photo clearly shows they are not filled to the same level which doesn’t make sense when you’re following recipe.

We come here for 1 drink. The matcha. They are ALWAYS out of it. Always. Not understanding how a giant corporation like this can't get their ordering right. If looks could kill, I would not be writing this review right now given how the barista at the register reacted when I asked if they had my mobile order ready after the 10 minute requisite waiting period. Got my drinks after 15 min but then I committed the grave sin of asking where my croissant was. My Belleville expectations were too high! Never again!

I just left Starbucks and the young lady who took my order saw I had my black lab with me and gave my dog a pup cup. I thought that was so sweet. I've had nothing but great experiences with Starbucks in Belleville
