I stop by this Tim Hortons every friday and every friday they do not have Spinach and Egg White Omelette bites. I can't eat cheese, I don't consume sugar for breakfast and I don't eat meat on Fridays, the omelette bites are *literally* the only thing that I can eat. & every Friday, they let me down (for six weeks now). The "We're out of those" excuse has gotten old.

The staff screws up my iced coffee almost every day, they’re almost always out of omelette bites & apparently they can’t make more - oh and it’s lent, in fact today is Good Friday so there’s no other breakfast option that doesn’t contain meat unless you want a face full of straight sugar first thing in the morning.

I order directly from the Tim Hortons app. My daily order is large iced latte with extra caramel and an extra shot. Until they stopped putting the extra shot I paid for and ONLY started putting the single EXTRA shot I paid for. I'm nearly paying 7 dollars for a drink with extra add on and not receive them. Since it is a delivery there is zero way to fix so I complain. This was months ago and it still kept happening so I switched to ordering it normal and my extra shots on the side so I could ensure they would make them them I would receive them. At first I always received the double shot in a little cup. Then slowly but surely I stopped receiving it at all. I began by reporting in the app and would receive points that we're not even enough to re buy what I had not received and there is zero option for what i am missing to be delivered to me. In fact there is no longer a way to even contact the driver. Now we are to a point where I might receive the double shot once a week. I'm tired of paying for something I know I will not receive. I leave notes in app stating not to forget my order. Sometimes there is an option to contact the driver and those are the ONLY times I get what I paid for. Sometimes a worker will place my entire order in a large taped up bag and I do receive my full order then. I also at least once a week receive the complete WRONG thing. Usually is some weird blended thing. Not even coffee at all. I have resorted to calling customer service when this happens bc the app only sometimes is helpful. I talked to someone about a week ago about having somone call me about this service i have been receiving and never got a call. I absolutely love this location ONLY IF you go in. Take out? Expect to not receive what you order and substitutions as they see fit. Don't even bother trying to get a resolution because you'll just get the run around instead. I can only imagine how many people theybare swindling in this way. It's has been MONTHS of me dealing with this on a nearly daily basis. If this is how you treat loyal daily customers then you need your priorities rearranged.

Got a medium coffee mocha with whipped cream and a medium hot chocolate and it was the worst I have ever had. It basically was brown water. No taste. Called the store and was told if I drive back they would remake them. Was already down the road a ways so wasn't turning back. Told them they need to check the machines and was told yup and they hung up. Will never ever go there again.

They have gone downhill. Ordered a dozen donuts, only received 11, ordered a hot latte and was given a cold latte, they did correct it. Guy at the register was slow and didn't seem to know what he was doing. Even though I said a dozen, when I got to six donuts he said the box was full and was trying to give me a half dozen for the price of a dozen. Double check your order.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Keep in mind that I only ever order 1 coffee here if i dreadfully ever have to because i ran out at home, they will not even start making it until I'm at the window and have paid and even then they are incredibly slow at making the coffee. Even if I am the only person in line, it's at least 5 minutes at best but realistically its more like 8 minutes on average before I'm on my way back on the road. Rude evening crew greets you at the speaker with "what do you want?" and every time, I say I'd like a XL coffee and before I can even finish saying the word coffee let alone say how many creams or sugars, I get interrupted with "what else you want" in such a rude tone of voice as if I'm such a burden that they have to pour a liquid into a paper cup.The morning crew has a better attitude compared to the evenings and if the evening crew was anything like the morning crew this may be closer to a 2 or maybe 3 star review, but they are still far to slow to the point if you are even somewhat in a rush to get to work or you're trying and beat traffic, you really are better off making your own coffee at home.Side note: I used to work at a tim hortans back in 2008, the goal was to service customers in within 60 seconds from the time they ordered to the time the pull up to the window, it only takes about 15 seconds to make someone a single cup of coffee no matter the size and the ammount of sugars and cream. We had to greet customers with a smile on our face saying "welcome to tim hortans what can i get for you today".

In my visit here I found a fly in my sandwich, seen children well under the age to work walking around the food preparation area and getting into it WITHOUT GLOVES ON!! and nobody seemed to care about it! workers were not wearing hairnets and obviously messed around. an employee told me he was thinking of quitting and told me that this goes on every day! flies were all over the store and in the donut display case!

Update:What happened! Currently the food is still outstanding, however service in the morning is abysmal. It is common to have 10+ minute waits. Even my coffee order is no longer consistent. Only stopping here every once and a while now in hopes it has changed back.Old 5 star review.I stop here more mornings than I probably should. The staff is normally very good at keeping even a long line moving through the drive through. It is also one of the only locations in the area that still offers the sour cream glaze donuts and Timbits.I have not found a better quality in any of the menu items outside of Canada. If you have ever eaten at a Canadian Timmy’s you know what I mean.
