In the past we have had good service, but, this is the second time in the past 2 weeks that we have ordered and found that our order was missing items that we paid for but did not RECEIVE. Not talking about straws and napkins either. Last time was a Big Mac, this time a 10 piece Chicken McNugget. VERY DISSAPOINTING!!! We used the app hoping for accuracy and convenience. All we get at this location is short orders. I think we will be avoiding this location from now on.
My McDonald's experience was a win with the half-off deal on an iced coffee purchased through the app. The convenience of ordering and the cost savings added an extra layer of satisfaction to my coffee break.
