Waited an hour for a hot n ready. Like an actual hour. I already paid so I waited…. The lobby was closed so i couldnt ask for my money back, honestly kinda thought they weren’t going to bring the pizza out to me at all.
Door was locked (no sign with any reasoning) so I couldn't get my pickup order when it was ready. Waited 30 min in drive thru before I had to leave without my order. It's always something here.

first time in a year found a Little Caesars that understood requesting extra Marinara sauce -- they did it and the extra charge worth it. had tried 4 other Little Caesars that charged extra but NEVER gave ANY sauce much less extra ! will be back regularly for sure !!
