I am new working in the Berrien Springs area. I was going to order online but had a question so I called the store. I called for 5 minutes with endings to the call but never an answer. I have to assume that no one wanted to answer judging by the past reviews of attitudes. It sounds as if conditions are not sanitary and I have decided that I don't need food from here after all.

Don’t order food here the employees are rude I was watching them make my subs for pick up so I could make sure they were done right I told them I wanted the sauce in the middle and on top the lady shouted at me and told me you should have put that online and said that’s not their problem.

The workers were very rude! Kicking a family out after they bought their food for there family. The close at 5:00 but could have waited 5-10 minutes to let the family finish. I will not go back and don't recommend this place based on there staff, and out of bread options.

Fantastic customer service. Appeared clean and well up kept.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground, nothing to worry about coming in through the front door. May need a little lift if coming in the side door, but fortunately the front isn't tremendously far from the side entrance

I ordered two sandwiches on the app when I got home one of them was missing the main ingredient Tuna. How can you forget the main ingredient???!!! They also ignored the request I wrote that they wrap in 6 inches. Then they refused to answer the phone even after multiple calls.

Completely disgusting!!! Young man with bad attitude and really bad work ethics sloshing mayo and veggies all over the counter, several customers had to ask him to clean up his station and change his gloves. And they had to ask him to please wipe the knife off. When asked to clean his station he began to yell at the customer. What happened to this generation that has no respect for themselves. Sad !!!!!

I received the wrong sub, didn't get the cookies I purchased. When I returned to the store to get a refund I was told they couldn't refund me until the morning when the manager got there. I spoke to the manager this morning she was very rude. Now it's the afternoon, no refund has been issued. I have called 20 times. They refuse to answer the phone and corporate was no help at all. This is completely unacceptable.

Have gone here quite a few times, but last night saw a worker cough directly into her hand, then handle the knives the other worker was using to make the sandwiches. He grabbed the knife, then touched all the veggies that went on my sandwich. I was hungry and figured it would just strengthen my immune system, but here I am the next morning with a stomachache. Equal parts mine for not saying something then (or not eating the sandwich) and theirs for poor food safety.
