Stopped to get dinner on the way home and tried to order chicken pot pies. Woman over the speaker said it would be 22 minutes, then claimed they didn’t have any. Not the first time this has happened with them when I’ve tried to stop after work for other items on the menu, and the employees are consistently rude. They either don’t want to make the food, or they’re truly out of stock. I’m not sure which.

I am not one to write bad reviews but whoever took care of me gave the worst customer service I have ever had at a drive thru. Incident was 2/16 at 3:35pm. They should honestly be kept in the back cooking and not dealing with any customers. She slammed the window on me when I was getting out my card. Did not smile or say one word to me. I said "thank you have a nice day" when she handed me the food and she proceeded to say nothing and just slammed the window. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. You should not have rude people like this working your window.

Ordered 8 piece original chicken meal. Chicken tasted like it was cooked day before a little dry, coleslaw had bad taste had to throw it out. Couldn't return it to far from us. Usually a good meal. Very disappointed.

Oh my goodness !! Who is the owner of this FRANCHISE!!!!! The most awful service w a very mean drive thru lady. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and only received 8. Instead of her correcting the issue she basically caused a scene with her co workers stating that "I packed it myself !" She shut the window on me and told me she was giving me a refund. This place needs management help and a lesson in service --I'm not sure who's hiring but please don't be so desperate where you have workers arguing over chicken w the guest ! That chick will literally be frying chicken for the rest of her life. She was so disrespectful with me and in front of my grandson. I had to literally give advice on "what not to do to ppl " with the example she gave Us.

It's really ridiculous how ignorant some cashiers can be. I just joined the rewards program at KFC and decided to stop in for lunch. Granted, there are several places to stop to eat but I stopped there. Their app wasn't working , so I wasn't sure how to access my coupons etc. I told the cashier that and said I wanted a 2 piece but didn't know what to do. She then said ' I don't know what you're talking about. Just order the 2 piece'. Very rude, very abrupt. Is that how you talk to customers? Obviously, you can't hear her tone in a review. When I said never mind, I'm leaving, she said ' have a nice day' very sarcastically. I often buy food for my office or company functions but clearly this location doesn't want or need my money. Never will they get access to me or my money again.

I went to the drive thru tonight and asked a question about the 8 piece dinner if I could get the white meat extra crispy and the dark meat original recipe. I was asked to hold on, then she came back and said go ahead....so I asked if that is possible, I again asked is that a yes, I was told very rudely that yes what are my sides, I stated what I wanted my sides to be then I was told to pull forward. I did and the woman at the window said that there was no need to be rude! I said I wasn't being rude I just didn't know if go ahead was a yes or no to my question. She continued to argue with me telling me how rude I was. I replied no I wasn't being rude she was and I just wanted my order. Again she asked me what sides I wanted and I needed to quit being rude. Then she rang up my order, charged my card and said I was rude and disrespectful. Then she decided that she was not going to give me my food. So I told her I'm sorry she felt that I was rude and she should apologize as well. She proceeded to tell me she was not going to give me my food. She then wanted my card back and I told her that I just wanted my food and I wasn't moving until she gave me it. She proceeded to call the police and said she will give me a refund. She processed my refund and I pulled out to talk to the officers. I explained what happened and apologized to them having to come out. He said it's not the first time that they have been called to this location for this type of incident! She is the manager which is really pathetic! I hope that the owner realizes how horrible the staff is and replaces them! I will NEVER go to KFC again! We chose this location because the one in Oak Park is almost as bad! Harlan Sanders is rolling in his grave!!!I believe that the managers name is Brenda, unbelievable that she is a manager!!!

Hello Everyone! Today we went to this location after church and when I tell you it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We were placing our order in the drive thru the young lady was talking so rude we decided to go into the store to speak with the manager to find out that the lady on the drive thru was actually the manager! KFC Corporate please be mindful of the people that you hire. When I say that she was so rude and disrespectful I request that you please PULL YOUR CAMARAS! No one should ever fill like we are inconveniencing them when trying to order. To find out that she is displaying this lack of professionalism to the other employees. Note: their cook approached both my husband and I by coming out and apologizing on how the manager displayed herself. Thanks to the cook Delorean for realizing that Professional is always the Key to GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.! Corporate please reach out to me right away. The manager should be FIRED! To say the least. We just left!! Horrible Store and will not ever return back to this STORE!
