I haven't eaten here in awhile. Service wasn't the greatest. But I took my chances...a lot of new faces. I went through drive thru. I dont usually check my order but I did that day. Good thing. My Egg and Cheese also had sausage. I am allergic to pork. I walked in and my order was fixed right away.Kid-friendliness: Kiddie play area
Wendy's in Big Rapids should give BK a call and ask how long a drive-thru should take. Hint: Not 30 minutes! Super fast service here.Kid-friendliness: Cashier inquired if the kids wanted BK crowns. ?

This Burger King has great food, but the service is slow most of the time. There have been times where I've waited 5+ minutes.The staff are friendly, food is good, slow service, good parking, easy street access, fair-decent prices.Parking: There is a good amount of parking relative to the restaurant size. Parking is easy to access from a couple of entrances from streets.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking, concrete slope cutout in sidewalk to door.
