“Great place to eat fresh and healthy. You might miss this small restaurant tucked next to a gas station if you’re not looking but it’s worth a stop. Food is cooked to order and you’re able to add on a ton of healthy veggie options and sauces. Today I got a chicken souvlaki salad loaded up with fresh veggies, feta, hummus and tzatziki. Every time I come here it’s quick and delicious. This is our go to easy lunch when coming to shop the outlets at Birch Run.“
“Well my first experience with this location was fantastic! We got the biggest sandwich u can get the GIANT GARGANTUAN, and my daughter got a custom sandwich...made correctly. Had it delivered to the house, everything was right and fast, and tasted great. I hope things stay this way and i will always be a patron. Good job team.“
“The Sandwich artist who made my sandwich was very nice. Food was good. And it was outstanding how the Sandwich artist was still able to keep a smile on his face after there were some rude customers. Great place to go just have some patience as a customer because if someone gets a sandwich toasted it is going to take a little while. Keep that in mind kindness goes a long way.“
“I think this is a good subway. They have many subs and their employees are very friendly. The restaurant itself is a little small, and the bathrooms are not very well kept. Other than these few issues, this is a great place to stop and have lunch or dinner!“
“Took a bunch of people with disabilities here for work. Was worried I would see the employees seem annoyed or irritated. The two who were working were amazing, very respectful so kind and patient. They were making jokes and having a good time with our people and it was greatly appreciated.They were very accommodating too, my coworkers and I forgot to grab a water bottle to pass a medication, but they let us know that they offered cups of water for free. Two of the best employees, have had friends in food service who didn't treat me so well.“
“The oven broke at this location today. The staff were clearly overwhelmed with orders. The only bread they had was from another location.My one complaint is a choice the corporate location made (a while ago I assume). Although this location might accept the occasional coupon, most locations only allow deals from the app. I’m from a another part of Michigan, but it’s the same case there. Problem is, they were so low on bread (understandably so), the app wouldn’t allow customers to make subs with bread at this location today. I could walk in and buy two subs (without the by1get1 deal) and pay full price, but I couldn’t use the app. It’s the same amount of bread. They also do not allow you to get the deal without the app. My one complaint is the choice Subway made as a company - to only get a deal of you use the app.The staff here were overwhelmed, but making the most out of it.“
“Mike the owner is an amazing person and even better customer service expert. He personally called me to fix the very minute mistake that was made ( they forgot the tomatoes- no big deal). He is a prime example of what customer service should be. Also the food is ALWAYS fresh and AMAZING. Thank you Mike /Subway for the delicious food and courtesy. “This place was interesting, it was a drive through and limited dining. It was not far off the highway, stopped for JJ sandwich to keep going. One JJ is as good as another, this was clean, sort of comfortable and cojoined with a burger joint. JJ was as usual quick and tasty. No compliants.“
“I came in for lunch last week when I didn’t have much time. I was nervous if I stopped for lunch I would be late to my meeting (I was the last time). I had plenty of time though! The service was fast. The staff was friendly. My Turkey Tom tasted great. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but this store has really turned a corner. I’ll definitely be back the next day I’m swamped with meetings!“
“Sooo delicious! I enjoyed the New York Steak & Onion (they added bell peppers & mushrooms for me ?). My husband had the King of Kings. We both loved the Cabbage & Prime Rib soup. Go try it. Everything is delicious and Seymour is a lovely human ❤️.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free bread and are happy work with dietary restrictions.“
