The Sandwich artist who made my sandwich was very nice. Food was good. And it was outstanding how the Sandwich artist was still able to keep a smile on his face after there were some rude customers. Great place to go just have some patience as a customer because if someone gets a sandwich toasted it is going to take a little while. Keep that in mind kindness goes a long way.

Continued distasteful experiences at this location. Young man with short dark hair consistently emits a negative, unwelcoming, and unfriendly attitude. You will feel absolutely uncomfortable and awful just for ordering a meal from this individual. I have sent a constructive, professional e-mail to corporate in the hopes they can come to a resolution.

Got there at 7:05 PM and the door was locked. They close at 10. Note on door says, "Sorry, we are closed 7pm to 7:30pm to catch up." Waited till 7:30 pm was met at the door by sub maker who took down the note on the door and put up another note, "Sorry, we will be closed from 7:30pm to 8.00pm to catch up". You just can't make this crap up!

1/4/2024 - Staff is absolutely horrible. Went in around 6:00 PM. There were two workers, a younger boy and an older woman. Neither of them ever acknowledged that I was there or asked what I wanted to order. Then while he was making my sub, the boy was talking to the lady saying “I don’t want to be here”, “Let’s just leave early the owners won’t notice”, “I don’t care they can fire me”. Not to mention the place looks absolutely disgusting. Not just messy either, it was unsanitary. It’s also important to note that this isn’t the first time I’ve seen the staff act this way. It has been like this every time I’ve gone in there. Definitely won’t be back.

7 pm 11/22/23. Love Subway but the lady behind the counter, who was apparently irritated we 3 shortened her smoking break by arriving, was also very unhappy and wasn’t shy about telling us how terrible her manager is that she left her all alone. Through her short snippy words and slamming / throwing lids and pans, we did get our sandwiches. It was terribly uncomfortable and all I could do to keep from saying she should be fired so she can go a get a job she likes. As we were leaving about 12 people walked in. I hope they made it out alive.

Stopped in for a 6 inch sub. I was greeted with a Hello as soon as I walked in but then asked 3 times what I wanted and had to repeat everything I said at least 3 times probably because employee was wearing wireless earbuds. While my sub was toasting for 30 seconds the employee felt it was the perfect time to text on her phone. Pretty sad service so a restaurant that us in a very busy area near I75.

Stop here all the time, the staff are friendly and they make a good sub. Sometimes they can be a bit slow but I can always tell it's because they have a line and online orders coming through on the machine. Subway is a difficult restaurant to choose quality or speed and I think this subway chooses quality every time.
