Where have they been all my life ;) !!These subs are DELICIOUS!! Even more incredible ? Their gluten free sub buns are off the charts!! We ordered 3 subs for 2 people for dinner. But we kept our leftovers for lunch the next day!! Worth every penny of it.This is our new favorite!!! Thanks to Jersey Mike’s !!The choices were #9 x2 & #17FANTASTIC !!!Dietary restrictions: They offer delicious gluten free sub buns & I noticed terrific vegetarian options as well.

This was my first ever time at this location. I am veryserious about doing my research on Jersey Mikes. I'velived in 7 places and when I say this one I got 1 hour wasso good I had to come and help their rating. The reviews Iread here were about ordering online and customerservice. Nothing about food. I experienced everythingmajority of the reviewers said. Wasn't crowded, wasn'trude. The guy with the pink hair made me and my momssandwich. He made it to perfection. Wasn't sloppy. Theright amount of everything. Mind you, I get #7 mikes way,with cherry pepper relish, banana peepers, chipotle Mayoand honey mustard added to mine. It was perfect!
Do NOT get food here. The one on Woodward in Birmingham. 1. If you call in your order, it sounds like they outsource their calls overseas. This is a terrible idea for a business you plan to pick-up from in the next 20 minutes.2. They are very SLOW and unorganized when you go for your pickup. The guy in front of us politely complained, "I've been waiting for a single sandwich for 25 minutes now." The girl at the counter responded "I'm sorry...it's going slow today."3. The food was bad. My hot sub was not hot, mushy and EXTREMELY salty. It was like Luke warm garbage on a stale bun. 4. The place also isn't very clean and it seems to attract weird people hanging out inside and out in the lot. Keep looking, folks. There got to be a good sub shop out there. Zero stars.

Ordered AHEAD of time online so I didn’t have to wait in line. As it turns out I should’ve just waited in line because it would’ve been faster. If it’s going to be a long wait update the wait times online so I don’t have to sit around in the store. Waited about 30 mins in the store only for them to mess up my order. Absolute joke and waste of time, not to mention rude staff rolling their eyes at people when you tell them you are waiting for an order. Won’t be going back to this location.
Sub was good. I was still hungry though. I can’t justify $18+ for a sandwich. Place was clean. Decor was nice. Workers were great.
